It went very well.
Description of Work: (1.) Secured some window screens. (2.) Repaired a storm door closer attachment to door frame. (3.) Secured a kitchen counter-top to the kitchen wall. (3.) Replaced a shower faucet handle. (4.) Replaced two Master Bedroom door handle sets.

Description of Work: They prepped and painted all the siding and gutters on my house. They were very good at communicating when they would be here. They were prompt and finished in a timely manner. They worked h****** getting yhe paint color right when it did not appear to be exactly the color I had chosen. They in fact brought it to my attention. Very pleased with them and their work.

The project went great.
Description of Work: I did not use this service. I thought he had not left a proposal but I was mistaken it was another company that did not leave a price. This was a reasonable price but I got a better estimate with a higher quality of paint. He had a nice personalty.

Response from Prime Time Painting and Home Improvement
To be honest, we are not sure what more we could have done to get a better rating from this person. We were asked to give a bid and to leave it in the mail box. We did that and we did it promptly. The homeowner confused us with another company somehow and left a bad review. We called to discuss with her and she admitted to having gotten us confused but had already signed with another company. We wished her well. No further contact has been made by either party, yet we still have a B rating. Further, we use Sherwin Williams paint on all projects if we are supplying the paint.
