+ -1 moreBought the TV and the extended warranty. Warranty was $323.00 extra. Less than a year later the tv went out and I called Sears and no extra warranty was shown. Owner apparently pocketed the money I paid for the warranty. They closed the store in Hugo. The same guy owns the Sears in Paris TX so buyer beware on the extended warranties and get absolute proof of payment.

+ -1 moreHe was very polite and helpful. He also gave us a couple of reasons as to what could be causing our refrigerator to not be working properly. He was able to get it working just fine.

+ -1 moreWe also got a repair service contract when we bought the appliance from Sears Company. They were very friendly and professional. I would recommend them. We also bought a TV from Sears Company which hasn’t been delivered yet. I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: We bought a washer-dryer machine from Sears Company about a year ago. They did the installation too.
