After 6 months of living in the house we still didn't have a contract and they kept hemming and hawing and would not finish the contract. So we got fed up and talked to the company rep. He told us that we could leave but they were going to keep our down payment. After talking to them some more we were able to come to an agreement and we were going to lose half of our down payment. We chalked it up to a "You live, You learn" experience. They wanted to do a walk through. Well they will not give us our money back unless we bring back out hot tub that we had before the fire. This company is nothing more than a scam artist.
Description of Work: Purchased a double wide mobile home after our original home burnt down.
