Wasn’t going to leave a review but figured I should warn any women who think about calling here. I was quoted $3200 for a reroute of a cold water line. They sent Justin, obviously the worst plumber on their team, to come find the leak, couldn’t do so, then told me he would need to pressure test the hot water line to figure it out. But, in doing so, my hot water line could explode and I’d have to replace both. Imagine your plumber telling you that they’d cause your hot water line to explode but you’re responsible for paying them to repair it!! A real helpless feeling. With the help of another plumber, he found the leak. He also did a bunch of other work no one asked him to do and charged me $3000 to replace one singular line in my house. Idk how that math works when the whole cold water line was quoted at $3200. He left my house a mess, knocked a hole in my dining room, and messed up the reroute to not even provide cold water to my washing machine. Only giving this company two stars cause Cliff came to my house to apologize, bring a different plumber out to fix the first guys work, and covered the repairs to the drywall. Still the worst plumbing experience of my life that lasted 4 days and feel scammed.

Junior Ramsey did an excellent job he was not just on time but early ,for my last minute emergency service call. He knew what he was doing and did it In a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend them and for sure him for any and all plumbing problems. :)

I was very unimpressed with how the installers respected my property. They did not drain the old hot water tank prior to removing it from the house. They choose to take the old unit out of the house using a smaller side door that had a step instead of using the large front door with a flat sidewalk that are equal distance apart. By using the smaller door they scraped my interior wood door and also broke the corner of my concrete step. The 2 wheel dolly they were using also had a flat tire on it. Once they got it over the threshold they just let it fly out into the yard. I didn’t realize what they were doing until it was too late. All of this could have been easily avoided which is what make it so bad. They also didn’t turn the thermostat on the water tank which delayed having hot water once I figure out the issue and also didn’t not connect all pipes. I had to call them again to come back and finish the job.

They showed up found my problem and had it fixed in under an hour very professional and would highly recommend them

Great! We were very happy with the experience.

When I called I told them I needed to replace a under counter water filter system I told them the faucet was leaking and I was just goi f to buy a new one. They sent over a plumber and he was told it was just a filter not the complete system which was very easy to do but he felt he was not qualified to do it. I can replace a filter , they did not charge me but I had to wait and they never called me back to set up another appointment. I callled another plumber

The quotation that they gave was very expensive. The quote was $1200.00 to replace the sink, and then charged me $125.00 for giving me a quotation.

It's fixed, they were fast and friendly.

Installing a new kitchen faucet

It was great. Chris and Fish were on time. Very knowledgeable. Worked together quickly, efficiently with respect for my home and pets. Charged exactly what was quoted and did exactly what they said they would. Very polite respectful gentlemen. Great experience.

I would give them A+ if was available! Cliff called on the phone and LISTENED. Spoke to me as an intelligent person that might actually know what I need and want. Quoted me a price for what I wanted. 2 very nice, clean and respectful gentlemen showed up on time and performed the work very quickly and efficiently. They had a wonderful sense of humor and were considerate of my home and pets. I've grown up doing these exact projects with my father many times. I'm very pleased with their work. Cliff was in communication with me to tell me when they would show up and make sure I was happy with the job afterwards also. The price was exactly what was quoted. The work and workmen were above what was expected.

Great service at a fair price. I feel like Cliff and his team always go the extra mile to take care of all my clients. I have used his company in several of the homes I helped buy and sell and I have no complaints ..always praises from my clients saying how well done and fast his service was. He answers his phone and he is always willing to explain what needs to be done.

They were very professional and solved all our issues. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.
