 + -1 moreHe provided an excellent service. They are very truthful. They don't tell about the issue, but they tell actually what's going on. He will tell me if he can fix it or tell me if he cannot. He is very honest when he looks at it. The cost of looking at it is free of charge. He doesn't charge anything. I got my weed eater there and therefore, he looked at it and he fixed it for me for free. He cleaned it up for me and it worked fine.
Description of Work: I went in and talked to them about some questions on my weed eater.

 + -1 moreALL THE DETAILS ARE ABOVE.....I WILL BUY MY NEW ZERO TURN MOWER AT MIKE'S IN HARRAH OKLAHOMA..... AND I WON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THEM CHARGING ME FOR LOOKING AT MY LAWN EQUIPMENT TO SEE WHY IT DOES NOT WORK......
Description of Work: I went to Mike's to look for a new zero turn mower..... and asked about the cost of looking at a mower to see what is wrong with it...... no charge whatsoever.....and they were so helpful and PROFESSIONAL..... and the selling point when I needed service they would come and pick up my mower and bring her home to me since I did not have the means to do so (ladies a big selling point for me....Jim's mower would NOT DO THIS....AND THEIR IS NO COST TO HAVE THEM LOOK AT YOUR EQUIPMENT AND TELL YOU WHAT IS WRONG WITH IT.....TWO WONDERFUL POINTS LADIES) I AM SOLD ON MIKE IN HARRAH OKLAHOMA...... AND LADIES THEY HAVE A BOUQUET IN THE REAR OF THE SHOP IF YOU WANT TO DO SOME SHOPPING...... WONDERFUL PLACE WITHOUT CROWDS....VERY NICE AND CLEAN......ALSO THE MOWER SHOP.

lawn mower repair
 + -1 moreDropped off chainsaw with list of needed repairs. Was told 3-5 days, called 7 days later as had not heard anything from them. Was told repairs completed. Picked up chainsaw after paying ticket, took home & tried to use & SAME issues still existed! Took back to Mike's shop & explained issues was told repairs were completed. Demonstrated issues to Mike & Mechanic & after some discussion was refunded money. Was then told by Mike his shop would NO LONGER do repairs on equipment not bought there! Effectively saying don't come back! Have now heard from several people he will not work on equipment not bought there. I was treated VERY unprofessionally & really had to push issue of NO REPAIRS completed on my equipment to to get a refund. I wonder how many other people have not pushed the issue & got their refund for similar issues? I will now drive into town to get my equipment issues resolved & will NEVER return to Mike's for ANY issues be it repairs OR buying new equipment & advise all I know to do same.

 + -1 moreOVERALL EXCELLENT IN ALL THAT HE AND HIS WIFE HAS DONE FOR ME.
Description of Work: I have been using mike's lawn service before I became a member of angie's list. When I saw his company on the list I had to take time to write a report. Before I met mike and his wife Lisa, I took my lawnmower to (2) other shops.....and I just paid them for nothing.......being a women I thought they had fixed my problem....they had not......when I first met mike he was so kind.....needless to say I have been taking all my lawn equipment to him every since. I love taking all my problems to him knowing that they will be fixed properly with NO worries. I recommend him to women as well as men....especially women who are tired of their husband not fixing lawn equipment if (the women) is the one doing the lawn mowing and lawn work as I am, he will do a good job for you.....I promise......I am happy compared to the others I took my lawn equipment to.
