They are very customer friendly-extremely prompt, very professional, very friendly, very quick and the price is very reasonable. I will definitely call them back for any more problems. There aren’t many businesses around like this anymore!

Description of Work: Garage motor stopped working ... needed estimate ... they came out ... checked motor & said needed to replace ... they adjusted the tension on the garage door ... by then I opted to replace motor and garage door.

I called JeneyCo; after passing on my info they were able to get a technician to the house within an hour after I called. The cable was replaced in under an hour, VERY fast service. From first contact to payment I saw nothing but professionalism and quality service. I will use them again for any future garage door service.

However, we talked to them and realized that the builder had put only one spring for the door and it really needed two. So they had to replace the whole door. They took the time to explain everything to us and we thought that they were good.

+ -1 moreThey are very efficient and prompt. Somebody had rammed their car into my garage door. The insurance wanted me to get them out here because of security. I called them and they were out quickly. They told me they would be out the next day to replace it. They were here before 9:30 the next day to replace my door. They are very good. They sent me a form to fill out so that I could get an energy credit when I do my taxes next year.
