The reason for the C for responsiveness is we recently had an issue and we could not reach anyone by phone and no one returned the call until we left yet another message to inquire about cancelling our contract. + 1 moreThey had an issue in the beginning with the builders but they got that cleared up so that they could service us. They did the actual wiring of the house when it was being constructed. They were very good, very knowledgeable and very responsive. I did not have any issues. They wired the house for my home theater system too.
Description of Work: I used the services of IHC Security on the 8th of October 2011 for my security alarm system.
