He came within an hour of me calling! He worked fairly quickly! I was thrilled to get hot water!

I thought he was a little gruff when he first came in and all he did was level it for me. He did not stabilize it, so I will need someone else to do that.

Nothing happened..No call back.

The clog was fixed correctly. The discoloration of the dishwasher water was not discovered and when asked about this the day after by telephone, was told that the problem could not be found and they had no ideas. Attitude was dismissive. I will not use this plumber again.

After much frustration with trying to get a plumber to call us back, I contacted Harrah Plumbing. I called them at 1:30 p.m. and he stated he would call me back but thought he could do the job that day which was great because I had taken off work for one of the other plumbers who stated they would be there to fix the toilet but didn't. Harrah Plumbing called me back at 2:00 p.m. and stated they were on their way. They arrived and began to immediately take care of the problem. They replaced the toilet flange, reset the toilet and ensured it was working properly since we had also had problems with the mechanism in the tank not flushing properly. I was very satisfied with their professionalism and how quickly they corrected the problem. I would definitely recommend them. And I will definitely contact them again if we have any other problems.

When I called he came by to look at what I needed, gave me an estimate and I hired him. He said he would get the parts and come back the next day and removed old faucets and removed tile. After the tile was replaced he came back that day and installed new faucets in tub and fixed the shower faucets in our back shower. The work was good and the price was fair.

I have used them for years now. They are dependable. They are very conscious about their price. I trust them and have complete confidence in them. They are very good.
