Work was excellent and fairly priced.

It went fine. Both Mr. Patmon and his assistant were very professional and focused on their job. They wore covers on their shoes to keep from getting our floors dirty. Additionally, neither of the men ever let the storm door slam, and treated our property with utmost respect, as they did each of us, personally. A great team and Mr. Patmon prides himself on his professionalism. Additionally, they were diligent in cleaning up after they had completed the repairs. Once they began working, both men were focused on getting the job done correctly and in a timely manner. Both repairs have been fine and we feel confident that if any issues should arise, related to these two previous repairs, we would be able to contact Mr. Patmon, and he would do whatever would be necessary to address the issue and do so with great customer service and responsiveness.

It actually turned out really well. At first it wasn't too great because I do not think they knew what we were looking for but they came out again and did some work for us. There were no additional charges, but we did have him out to do some work for us and they did a fantastic job on that. I would surely use them in the future.

There was some confusion with it. Basically when I purchased the deal and when I contacted him, he said that Angie's List was supposed to take it off of the market and they were not supposed to offer it. I called Angie's List and I guess somebody from the back office contacted him and then contacted me and straightened it all out. What happened was that that guy got into a car accident and wanted to stop offering the deal because of that, but he just honored it. It took him about 3 weeks to honor it instead of the original chosen date. It almost seemed like he didn't really want to do the work that I was initially wanting him to do. He said that he thought it was something else that I needed to get like a contractor out instead of checking the plumbing out. Basically what ended up happening was he looked at the outside of something and said he didn't think it was plumbing related. It was kind of awkward. That was the reason why I purchased the thing so I had him do 2 other things that were quite a bit in-here jobs but I was still happy with the work he performed. I'm glad that those other 2 things were done. I just had initially wanted at least to make sure it was investigated a little bit more thoroughly, but it was okay.

I called him in the morning and he came out that afternoon and removed tree roots from my line and gave me some good plumging advice.

There was a little confusing at first with purchase of offer. Once I realized situation I was able to work with Elwyn Patmon to get work done. He is a laid back fellow.

I wasn't happy with them. I wanted them to take this piece off of my sink and they didn't do that. It really smells and I don't know why. They said that there wasn't anything down in it, I wanted the stopper pulled out. They said it was around the edges. It wasn't a good time. It was for an hour. There was two of them and they didn't do what I wanted them to do. Even though they didn't agree with me, if they had done what I wanted them to do, and take that piece off like I wanted.

It cost more than the $99 Big Deal because I had to pay for the garbage disposal. I paid $119. Everything went okay. They did good work. I did not like their attitude though. I asked them about some other stuff that I wanted them to check, but they have a job that they had to get to and they did not have time. I paid for two hours of labor and they did not have time. They did not show up for the first appointment and they were running late on the second. They left everything clean.

This was a $99 big deal purchase. It was okay. I had given them the opportunity to do some additional jobs and they have never given me an estimate back. He had some car trouble during the appointment and the clock was apparently running while he was having his car problems. I even jump started his car and he did not give me credit for that time. I needed a little bit more work done and he charged me an extra half hour. I was willing to overlook that because it was a very good deal. I have not contacted him again. He had to go get plumbing parts and a battery for his van during that time and he did not credit me with that time. I think he overcharged me for the parts. I did not ask for a receipt. I thought if I worked with him again I will ask him to see an invoice from the plumbing store. The deal was very good and his hourly was good. I would really like them to send me the information I requested.

I bought the $99 deal for 2 hours of plumbing services. Someone messaged me that they would be here at 9:00am that Thursday morning. They showed up on time, came in and replaced some material to stop a sink from leaking. They checked the other sinks for on coming leaks and said they were in good shape and would not be leaking soon. They were here about 30 minutes. They were polite and courteous.

They responded quickly, told me up front what to expect, came out on a Saturday and got the job done!

They were responsive and very professional. We're onsite within 15 minutes and finished the work in about a half hour. Will be using them again for sure.

For the recent drain-clog, Elwyn and Fred had to go onto the roof to get to the clog with their reamer because the garbage disposal and other plumbing were in such a tight space. I used to be with a bigger company which took days to fit me in when I had an "emergency." I appreciate Patmon Plumbing's availability and personal touch.

Mr. Patmon used a scope to locate a plug in the sewer line which determined that the city had caused the blockage and therefore the city was responsible for the repair and also paid Mr. Patmon.
