OKLAHOMA MILLWORKS INC

After reading reviews for Oklahoma Millworks, we were hesitant to use them to build the cabinets for our new home. We met with Kyle and Brook and talked about our concerns. Kyle was very reassuring and made the commitment to meet our expectations. After all was said and done, they exceeded our expectations. Brook was good to work with. The cabinets came out great. There were glitches along the way in proportions and layout, however, they were prompt to remediate the problems. We would definitely use Oklahoma Millworks again.

They have been a week late for doors and 8 weeks late for the cabinet. I am not sure if the new pieces fit the fridge panels. Odds are they won't fit and have to be re-done. They would never update any changes to drawings, and we would have to go back several times for those changes. They never updated changes from the input we gave on the cabinets, and upon delivery of the cabinets they were still not there. They have had to redo cabinets in their entirety. What they say they are going to do they don't do. They don't honor the price you agree on, and expect you to pay cash on delivery and even if everything is not right. If you are looking for a cabinet company, go somewhere else, or if you do expect to have nothing but frustration, anxiety, and heartache.

After coming out to measure, they built the cabinets, but two did not fit and had to be rebuilt twice. They also did not use the wood we had requested the cabinets be constructed with. We wrote the check in December and had to wait way to long to receive the cabinets. They did give us a $500 break in the price because of the wrong wood. The price listed is for the cabinets only, I installed them myself. I would not recommend them.

Oklahoma Millworks requires one half of the money down before they start the work. They promise a finished product in six weeks which turned into six months. I would not use them again or recommend them.
