Custom One shall properly repair all drywall downstairs damaged by their contractors during construction, to include, tape, texture, and finish paint or shall refund client in the amount of $500. Custom One must properly backfill and finish concrete inside hot water closet after final plumbing inspection or refund client in the amount of $300. On the second day, the salesman called me and said whoops, you can either fix that yourself or we can install a new one for 7,000 more than we agreed I was at work so said I could not make a decision then. The installers told my wife that day that they were told I said I would fix it myself. I never said that. The company called to check if I was satisfied afterwards and I told them this. They said they would open a ticket but no one ever followed up with me."
