Work excellent and professional

They were excellent. We were having some cooling issues.

Mr. Branch was helpful and made some suggestions of things I could do myself to save money and increase operational effectiveness. Would definitely use them again

Service needed: my air exchange duct had come off and my duct work needs repaired. Problem. When they installed the unit and ductwork ($10,000), under the floor of my house, they cut off access to 2/3 of the crawlspace. So, if anything goes work with the plumbing, duct work, or if I want my house to be treated for termites...there is limited access. My impression is that they did not want to deal with the problem they had created. My service call was basically ignored. I called another HAC guy, he totally refused to work on anything under the house and said they never should have put ducts under the house. He did tape the air exchange duct back in place. At first when I called, it was too cold to sleep at night. Currently, I am sleeping under wet towels, getting some relief from a window unit and fan. I am pretty angry with the situation. I have given them thousands of dollars in business and felt I deserved better.

Seemed to get the runaround for 2 days.

AC stopped working in 100 degree heat of summer. Called and they came out within a day or two. Had to replace a part on the outside AC unit. Had to go get part but came right back out and fixed it after hours.

Very friendly and professional. Dedicated to getting our unit on as quick as he could. Other companies we had called, including the one who installed out complete hvac system said it would take over a week to even come out. He came out within a couple of days. Very satisfied with this company and would recommend and use again if needed.
