Description of Work: Called Pratt to spray inside outside and around the house, along with a termite inspection (observed old termite tunnels on an exterior wall during remodel) I told Pratt it was obvious that at a previous time I had termites but I wanted to make sure that there were none active. They cam out and sprayed and his termite inspection consisted of him telling me yep there use to be termites in the back bedroom. they never got in the crawl space to check under the house.. I called them back out and they sent someone under there for the proper inspection and to my dismay we have a termite infestation.. Not only did they botch up the termite inspection we still have ANT'S there response way well we didn't spray for ant's, JUST spiders..

 + -1 moreMr. Pratt was very professional and did an excellent job protecting our vacation trailer from bugs. He uses spray, not fogging. My dogs and I stayed inside until it dried and we were not bothered at all by the smell. He sprayed the trailer itself as well as under our new deck and the yard. Overall, I would highly recommend to the Grand Lake area as I believe the quality of service was great and the cost is very reasonable.

 + -1 moreAs I stated above it all in all was a very good and pleasant experience. I am very pleased with their company, services and over all performance. They always follow up on their services to see our needs have been met. I do and will recommened Pratt Pest Control for any pests problems one may experience in their home or yard.
Description of Work: I called Pratt Pest Control to ask about ants. The owner was very helpful in that she went into detail. She explained the ants themselves and how the chemical affects them and that the ants carry the chemical back to the nest and that also kills the ants there.She also explained the chemicals they use. The procedure the men do when they come to your home. How long the treatment lasts and what I could expect after the treatment. How long we needed to away from the house. What precautions we needed to take for our pets. I made an appointment with them and they came out and sprayed the inside of the house, the entire yard and all around the perimeter of the whole house. I found the company to be out front, honest, very friendly as well as very professional. I did use their services and will continue to do so. They are always on time, helpful and courteous. repectfully, Dene Cecil Grove, OK
