There are certain aspects of my metal building project I know little about. Maybe a lot!! I will call or e-mail Chris with these unknowns and his knowledge and ideas have saved me some headaches already. I've come to appreciate bouncing things off of him and found his ideas or suggestions a lifesaver. In speaking to someone like Chris, I see things I've missed or overlooked. This is the kind of person you want when you have a project and lots of questions. I trust Chris and rely on his input when I have a question. This occurred over time as I can be a bit of skeptic due to past bad experiences and maybe bad luck. Either way, Chris has gained my trust and now he is the first I call or e-mail when unsure or need a second opinion. His experience and knowledge has impressed me. Additionally, we (wife and I) both found Chris to be very patient in listening to our questions, what we want, making changes, etc. He worked with us and was never in a rush. He came out to Missouri twice and sat with us for hours until we got it all figured out. I highly recommend Grand Lake Designs, and will use them again with any future project I may have.
