He was very responsive to questions and concerns and was very professional. He was done on schedule and completed all work as planned.

Everything turned out well, and I've been happy with the service. The gentleman was very communicative, he cleaned up after himself, and he worked to get the job completed before the weekend which I appreciated. I can't grade the quality of the work, however, since I haven't been able to test the system.

We used to have a routine service contract with another local HVAC company but every time they came out to do a routine service (twice a year), they told us we needed some major repairs performed on our equipment. Initially, we would take their word for it and have them do the work. But after thousands of dollars and a third visit suggesting we needed a whole new unit, we decided to get a second opinion. My husband called Climatech Heat & Air. Justin came out immediately and inspected our equipment and told us we just had a small leak in one of the drain lines. He found the leak and fixed it and over a year later, our equipment is still running strong! Due to our past problems, Justin offered us a service contract where he inspects our HVAC equipment twice a year, cleans the drain lines, checks freon levels, cleans the outdoor unit, inspects all of the electrical and does any other necessary routine maintenance to keep it working properly. We are extremely happy with his work and do not hesitate to recommend him!
