Burnt down our home because they installed an incompatable breaker when they couldn't figure out why the a/c wasn't blowing cold. 4 visits later and no home.
Description of Work: Freon low and not blowing cold.

Description of Work: Installed all HVAC in new home construction. System includes [Lennox] Signature 3-ton XP21 heatpump, [Lennox] PureAir filtration, [Lennox] ComfortSense 5000 thermostat, [Healthy Climate] ERV3-200 ventilator, and all associated ductwork. | Installers were not fully versed on high efficiency system installation requirements, required repeated callbacks to properly secure & seal ducts & balance air. System would not switch from Cooling to Heating without service call, froze up in freezing weather due to lack of proper snow/ice shield. | Manufacturer's representative introduced another Lennox contractor to adjust & rework installation as needed, entire system now working well as designed.

Description of Work: Checked the furnace and AC unit. Paul, the very professional and friendly representative, fixed a broken plug and did other steps needed, just to check out the condition of the unit. I called B and B this morning after my heat did'nt come on last night. They called to let me know they were on the way out to my house a few hours later. The tech. found the problem right away (clog in the combustion chamber exhaust). I also purchased a service policy that includes a 15 Point inspection each spring and fall. It seemed like a good deal to me and I am happy with their service.
