A Grand Design Custom Homes, LLC

We hired them to do a remodel for us. We signed a contract with them in August 2024. They wanted to work by the hour. We trusted them enough the way they acted. Wanted to work 8 hours a day and we were fine with that , but little did we know the 8 hours a day meant lunch included. Also being there 2 , 3 or even 4 hours day we paid for 8 per person sometimes even if they were never there. To top everything off things were purchased at the lumber yard on our sub account through them. We paid for all items that was purchased for our project. They were a few items that were questioned they eventually took them back got credit for what we paid for. The monies was never returned to us was kept by these people. RUN PEOPLE RUN FROM THEM TRULY BAD EXPERIENCE. YOU CANT TRUST THEM. SAVE YOURSELF THOUSANDS OF EXTRA DOLLARS. If you will notice the short work they done and left behind. Even spit in our tub, chipped it and broke our vanity top. He had the tub fixed , but not other things.

Dustin and his crew were top of the line very professional and courteous to our needs and the work was done in a timely manner. Thanks Dustin to you and your crew.

Dustin and his crew worked very hard to repair termite and water damage to our floors that 40+ years had taken a toll. Very happy with the finished look of our rooms including new windows and interior doors.

During the process we felt like the guys were working on their own home because of the care they put into the project.
