Thery did a GREAT job.

Quality of the job was good. We were told it would take 2 days and work was completed late on the 4th day. They never showed up when they said they would and sometimes left without telling us. First day only 1 painter showed. Day 2 only 1 painter and a helper. After complaining to project manager then 5 painters and a help showed. This was on the 3rd day. The project manager never came by to check. 4th day 5 paints and 1 helper showed again. They are not very good communicators.

I was looking for a quality painting company and I'm glad I found 360 painting. Felicia was able to come to home and give me a written detailed estimate of the costs the same day! She was very upfront about the entire process and the company did exactly what was written in my estimate/contract (no hidden fees etc) The painters were friendly and professional. I'm very pleased with the outcome and will be hiring them again to paint the rest of the rooms in my home this spring. Great quality work!

Sometimes it is difficult to be able to say that a company not only did a good job, but they did it with great customer service too. This company does that. They painted the exterior of our house, including trim, in a very neat, professional manner. They are licensed and insured which is a comfort to us as we have a very tall chimney (over 35') on a pitched roof that must be reached to not only paint the top, but they repaired woodpecker holes at the top as well. The painters were friendly and respectful, and my contact from the beginning, Felicia, checked in with me and the crew, in person, daily. Our two-story house took three days with two skilled workers who checked every inch to make sure the existing siding was in good shape before proceeding. I would highly recommend this company. They didn't give us the lowest bid, but they weren't the highest either, and you certainly couldn't find anyone more professional.

The workers were professional, polite and punctual on both days, cleaned up the areas before they left, some confusion however on what needed to be done and was left with quite a lot of primer paint that I will have to find some use for.

They showed up on time was very courteous did a fantastic job and cleaned up when they were finished. It looks great.

Felicia was very responsive to questions and concerns. She made sure everything was done right. The proposal process was professional. The crew was friendly and respectful. I would recommend and will use them again as needed in the future.

My experience with 360Painting has been wonderful! The owner has been in constant contact utilizing daily on-site visits and communicating via phone, text and email throughout the process. She has been flexible with issues that have come up and worked with my electrician, as well. The subcontractors have been friendly and polite and are very detail oriented. I could not be more pleased with the process thus far and with the quality of the workmanship provided. They have treated my home and belongings with care and respect. 360Painting has lived up to all the assurances made. The pricing is reasonable and right in line with other estimates I received, but I believe I've received a much higher quality and attention to detail than I would've received with any of the other companies. I will definitely be using them again in the future. Update: The job is now completed. There were a few VERY minor issues with the finishing work, but these were corrected right away and to my 100% satisfaction. I look forward to working with Felicia and her team again very soon.
