+ -1 moreThey did a whole house termite treatment, including drilling and filling in all locations required in order to inject chemicals where needed. They also sprayed in key areas such as under the bath tub after I provided acess holes.
Description of Work: They came out and did the job much sooner than I had expected. They were very professional from start too stop and did not rest in between. The job was done well as far as I can tell, and I did watch. They were fast when they needed to be fast and took their time when it was called for. The price was fair and half the prise of a major name brand that had given me a quote the year before. I trust them fully and will use them again. Do: Make sure you ask to see warranty before service is done in order to prevent misunderstandings Do: Make sure you know what the annual inspection each year following treatment covers and does not cover and what is included.

+ -1 moreTheir customer service was great! The lady I spoke with was really understanding. She said the tech would contact me as soon as he was available, and he called me right back. I explained the problems I had with Orkin, and Terminix. He told me as long as I wasn't living in the house, he would be able to take care of the problem.. He told me they were really busy, and they wouldn't be able to come out for several days. That was OK though, because it gave me time to get everything packed up, and moved out. He is scheduled for tomorrow. So far, my experience has been good. The tech is super nice.
Description of Work: Miracle Labs is the 3rd pest control company I have contacted to help me with a flea and roach problem. I called them Monday.
