I called this provider (Joe Jaymar, owner) on early Monday morning (2-10-14) and it is now Thursday. He told me he could possibly get to it on Monday evening. When I called him on Tuesday and asked when he thought he could get to my plumbing problem and he replied, "I will get to it when I get to it, just be patient." The incident actually happened on Saturday and it is now Thursday, and I believe 6 days without water is already being pretty patient. Also, he was unprofessional in his tone and his customer service was very poor. If he knew it would take at least 4 days for him just to come look at the problem, then he should have told me upfront and I would not have wasted my time waiting on him to show. The reason I called him is because I have used him in the past and he did a fair job, however, after this incident, I will not call or use him again and recommend that if you want to wait around for days with no response, then go ahead and use him. At the time of this review, there is still no response from the provider.

It took four days from the time I called in the request for the plumber to make it to the house. They came to the house, diagnosed the problem as a broken washer, and then left, apparently to check if they had the washer at the shop. They did not and so they would need to install a new faucet. They returned the next day, replaced the faucet, and then left. That same day the faucet started leaking again. I spent the next few days on the phone with the plumber trying to get them to come back out. They were unfriendly on the phone and had poor customer service. The faucet they replaced failed within a year.

They promised to come out the day I called and take care of the problem but never showed up. So, i called the next day and again the day following but they never showed.

They completed the work quickly and effectively.

We had to wait until the next day, but we were told that up front. They found a bad repair job that had failed, (It looked like the water main had been cut when the sprinkler system was installed and the sprinkler company had patched it with whatever they had on hand.) Jaymar cut out the mess and did a professional repair job. I'm pretty confident the repair will hold for years to come. They even filled in the massive hole I had dug while looking for the leak. (I was trying to find it on the sprinkler system and didn't realize the main was about 6 inches down in the same spot.)

Jaymar was very quick to respond and able to fix the problem. His estimates are very fair and the work is completed in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them again.
