Description of Work: We had their internet service in Alva Oklahoma. Our net was never down. We opted for the fastest speed they offered at the time and it was well worth it.

Description of Work: good internet service and friendly representatives. only problem i occured was when i called to order service and make sure i have the correct wall plugs so i could install myself, the guy did not propoerly ensure i did and confused me. I couldn't install myself, but the men promptly came to my house that weekend and installed everything correctly for wireless internet in my house.

+ 1 moreWe are happy with them. We have been with them for two or three years. This is a bundled deal and the service is great. They took care of the outage issue in a reasonable amount of time. We have unlimited long distance with our phone and we have five televisions.
Description of Work: We use Suddenlink - Fort Sill for our phone, cable and internet service. We called them a month or so ago because there was an outage.
