They looked at the work - told me they would give me an estimate and I never heard from them again. I tried to call multiple times and texted, emailed and they never returned my calls, texts or emails. Why would a business be so rude? They could at least tell me they didn’t want to work. I believe these types of people are disingenuous and don’t have respect for others. I could NOT recommend them to anyone based on their Inability or refusal to communicate properly and respectfully.

Description of Work: young man showed up in flip flops and told us he was in a hurry to go work on his boat. had no intensions in helping us fix our water leak that had flooded two rooms in our home. would not give them the time of day anytime in the future.

Don't bother with any other plumbers in town, if you do...you will be calling Shield's Plumbing to come in to clean up the other guy's mess!

The owner of the company, Mr. Shield's himself, came out to my house. So impressed with his work ethic and communication! Work was completed in approximately 20 minutes and came with a guarantee! Will definitely hire him again!! Found him by looking for a Mr. Rooter plumber and he is associated with Mr. Rooter.

They were very responsive and very good. They were very clean, courteous and prompt. They did a good job. I wouldn't call it a heavy duty plumbing job, but for what they did I'd say they did an excellent job. They came to us through an insurance company we have. They were here within one hour of me calling. They've been in business a long time.
