About us

I do most jobs by myself or with a helper or two. Larger projects are usually subcontracted out and done with my supervision. I have 35 years of construction management experience and have been trained in property maintenance by the largest property owner in the U,S.(YMCA of the U.S.A.). I feel this education gives me more insight into preventative maintenance and construction practices as well as a better understanding of how the different systems of a building work together. Throughout my career I have built every type of building from log home to prefab SIP homes and have built or remodeled many homes, doctors and dentist offices, day care centers and various other businesses. Most of the time we require a deposit at the beginning of a job that is collected after the first materials are delivered to the jobsite The billing schedule varies from job to job but is always included in the estimate.

Warren Custom Homes perform whatever work we may need. They can help with anything from handymen work to home construction. I've never heard a complaint about him.
Description of Work: Warren Custom Homes do all of our home repairs, remodels, and add ons for Lakeview Home Management.
