Truly Nolan Pest & Termite Control

After the initail inspection he wanted to do a pest removal of Rats...of which there were none. I later found out he thinks he saw 1 rat poop...(1!) and based the recommendation on that. $650 later no rat...

We also signed up for Annual service for 2 properties and both have had continued problems. We have tried to reach the provider and he does not return phone calls. I have spiders in my cage, a wasps nest on our garage and the other property has ghost ants....after service..they were not there prior to service, so I would venture to say it did not work or was not done properly....

I am cancelling both contracts due to extremely poor service....we are in Bonita Springs FL 34134.

We hired Truly Nolan because we believed there were roof  rats in our attic. After a couple weeks with no rats finding the traps, we discovered that it was, in fact, a mother cat and her two kittens, in our attic. Mike came out and identified where they were getting in and out, and sealed that opening. Then he went above and beyond by removing the mother cat from the attic himself. He tried to get the kittens, too, but they were in a very small and tight spot in the attic and he couldn't reach them.
Mike definitely didn't have to help us as much as he did, but we really appreciate it! 
PS Truly Nolan also recommended Critter Getters, who came out an hour later and rescued the two kittens, and took all three to a no-kill shelter.

I'm not sure $400 was what we needed although they do all kinds of pest control and we had just a little problem with ants in the Spring. It seemed to me that $400 was a lot of money just for that because they sell you the whole package and if you get mice or anything they will come out and take care of it as many times as they needed to, but we just didn't need them for more than just the ants. Somebody else moved in downstairs and they haven't said anything about ants and I haven't had them so we stopped the service. They were very professional and very nice. They would call and make an appointment and check periodically during the year to see if we had any other problems that they needed to come out for. They stayed in touch even though they weren't going to get any extra money, so they were conscientious.
