+ -1 moreThe work ran into some problems and I personally called Tim to discuss each time. The biggest problem was the time that one of the electricians wired up something wrong and caused a circuit to blow in my garage and knocked out my water well. I called Tim after hours to resolve, which he did and told me that his worker had wired the "black wire to the white wire". He proceeded to tell me that he wouldn't charge me for this visit. I nearly laughed in his face! To sum up a long saga of 2 months of electric work: Lots of employee turnover, lots of excuses from Tim, and NO apology.
Description of Work: I hired Thilstead to do some some major rewiring during a kitchen remodel.

Description of Work: This is the second time we have used Thilsted Electric. I have extreme sensitivities to electrical magnetism, and have relied on Thilsted to make all corrections necessary to put the wiring back to code. This has eliminated the dangerous magnetism, and enabled me to be healthy in my home. This type of environmental hazard is something not widely understood, but Tim and his employees went above and beyond to learn about it. Their professionalism in attacking this problem and solving it was impresive, and I am deeply indebted to them for their help. I would recommend them to anyone!!!!!!

+ -1 moreIt was very good fast install. They cleaned up after themselves. The fan works great and my vision was able to be carried out. I now have an exhaust for moisture and other fumes out of my bathroom!
Description of Work: Installed a GFCI outlet in the bathroom. Installed a exhaust fan for the master bathroom. Had to rewire the outlets and install additional switch leg so that the fan would perform the way I wanted it to. The fan has a vent, light, and heater, and I wanted them installed in a specific way.
