First contact, Mark said he would come out and give me a bid after he finished a job. He didn't make it that evening, but he called and left a message about 10:30pm - I was in bed. He said he ran later than he expected on the job and apologized for not getting to me sooner. But said we could do it tomorrow if I was available to do so, just call him and let him know in the morning.
I texted Mark in the morning and told him I could do it later when I got off work and thanked him for communicating with me. He texted me back that sounded good and to let him know when I got home. So as I was driving home from work, I called him. He showed up at my house before I even got home and was waiting for me to arrive.
Mark gave me a flat rate and a cost for materials and put it in writing. We set a start date and he showed up promptly. He finished the Job in 3 days. The room looks Amazing. He even fixed the outside faucet that the plumber didn't - and didn't charge me a dime for that - which was another 30 minutes of his time.
I would definitely use him again and even highly recommend his services. He does a great job, is a great communicator with his customers and was a pleasure to have in our home around my parents.
