The low grade is mainly for my install/delivery experience. I have continued to use Lowes because they are the only act in town, but not anymore. I ordered tile and paid for installation through a 3rd party at Lowes. At the point of sale, the Lowes employee told me that the installer would pick up the tile and bring it to the house on the date of installation. I called a couple weeks later to see if the installer had picked the tile up yet and was told that instead it was being delivered to my house in two days. What? No heads up, no warning, no phone call to let me know that a date had been set or to schedule a drop off time. I explained that I live alone and that I work during the week so I can't just receive a phone call and leave work whenever I want. We scheduled a drop off for 8-10, but around 945 I got worried so I called and they said they thought delivery was between 10-12. Oops. So even more time off of work waiting. Finally, after clearing a space in my garage, the delivery person showed up and said the tile has to go into the house to acclimate; didn't anyone tell you this? Um, NO. So now there's tile and grout piled in my living room, and I'm almost two hours late to work. From now on I'll pay extra money to drive to Stillwater or OKC before I deal with Enid Lowes for installations again.

It was fine. They were here maybe 10 minutes. They didn't charge for the repair. They were fairly on time. They came in and did it and they got out quickly. They did what they were supposed to and they were nice and courteous and all that.

After purchasing almost 700 square feet of pergo max laminate flooring, the installer used by Lowe's installed the flooring in my home. I was able to get installation at 50% off the normal cost due to special offer. The product was delivered by Lowe's and two days later the installer arrived and finished the installation in less than 5 hours. Looks great.
