I have been very pleased from the initial consultation to determine which product would work best for my needs to the two return visits for service. They have been very knowledgable and have always explained everything so that it is easy to understand. I appreciate their professionalism. The primary things that I felt were important (quality, service and professionalism) have definitely been met. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of hearing aids.

I went in for the hearing test and since it was only the second one I have ever had it was much more extensive than the first one. Kyle took me thru the whole process and made it a pleasant experience. Then I returned to pick up and set up the hearing aids. Hearing aids today do not have to have a mold made. There is just an ear piece that fits in your ear and they are programmed with a computer. Kyle spent an hour going over the aids and adjusting them to me. He then made an appointment for a follow up to see how things were going and make any adjustments necessary and explain any problems I had. I got a 2 year warranty and 2 years insurance as well as lifetime adjustments and help with the hearing aids.
