Description of Work: Repaired wooden fence that I had to have redone 6 months later, extended my existing back patio out each way, north and south by 12 feet, his concrete job was a mess. He built a cover for my patio, looks great but didn't build it to where I could put a swing on it, not enough support. He did do a good job of wiring some lights and putting an outlet back there. So all in all, LOOKS good, just disappointed I cannot hang swings from it which I had already bought. I had to hire a real company to finish his job. They fixed my fence and poured concrete over his mess. I know he was having some issues with his family, but after that, I guess he moved and would never return my calls or texts. I blame myself for getting starry eyed over his prices, I did comparison shop. My bad + his bad = my regret.
