DURHEIM APPLIANCE SVC

Came to look at refrigerator and dishwasher. Was told before appointment that he would be required to give information to home warranty so we could be reimbursed. Refuses to speak with home warranty company.

When I called Durheim, my AC had been out for a couple days and it was the mid to high 90's outside. They told me they would have someone over that afternoon. I was stoked because they was the cheapest as far as labor. So, my 2 kids and I rode out the hot day (again) inside the oven of a house, but they never showed. I called back promptly the next morning to figure out why they didn't call or show up. They informed me that they got my call mixed up and said they would be right there. They came, replaced my AC's capacitor and left. After 2 hours, the house was still not cooling off, so I called them back. They came out around an hour later and said it wasn't working because my breaker was tripped, then left again. I went outside to see why the AC still wasn't blowing like normal, nor cooling. The fan wasn't moving! I called them back a 4th time! They came out, questioned me like I was crazy, and before they even looked at the AC, said it was working. I told them "No, I called you back cuz it is just humming and the fan isn't moving." He then went to go see the unit. He then realized the fan motor was out, and that was why the breaker was tripped. He replaced the fan motor and the kids and I have been cool since. Not the best of service, but they finally got the job done and for a reasonable price.
