I was not satisfied with the way they sanded under the sheetrock in the corners, and when they did so, they took out a lot of the stain. It is blotchy.

Paul was great about scheduling, asking questions and reworking those areas that required attention.

They could never get the job right and they smoked in our house while we were gone

There was some confusion about the ability to remove all the traffic wear from the pre-existing floors. However, the guys were willing to change plans halfway through the day and put in laminate. Their first concern was whether I would be happy with the final product. The floor looks great.
