Complete Pool & Spas

They were horrible. I ended up having to sue them because they put my pool in crooked and wouldn't fix it. I had to have it taken out and it was a 2 year mess with all the transactions and everything. They shouldn't bee in business. I thought about it recently about doing a review but I thought it was too late to do a review on someone 5 years ago. They agreed to put a fiber glass pool in with a decking for $27000. They dug the spot to put the pool in and when I bought the fiber glass pool which came with instructions an the people who I bought the pool form told the owner of Complete Pool that he should make sure he follows the instructions and he said he's been doing this for a long time. I didn't think they should have left him alone to do it but they did. You have to put a little sand with some water in the bottom and fill it as you go to make sure that it balances. It was a kind of differential displacement pin Physics. Well what he did was quicker and easier and I told him not to do it, but he did it anyway. He put it in dry, he didn't use the gravel that he was supposed to use, he used dirt, and I didn't find that out until the pool was taken out. It looked nice but I told them he didn't put it in right an he asked me how many of these did I put in. I said none and he said "I rest my case." So I shut up and sure enough when he put the water in there was a 4 inch difference which was going to violate the 30 day warranty on the pool. So I showed it to him and he didn't even argue with me, he just walked away. He tried to blame it on the pool manufacturer and they told him he didn't put it in right, then he told them I told him to put it in dry as if I wouldn't find out and they called me and said I had a problem on my hands and the man is horrible and a liar. I asked him to take it out and he wouldn't so I had somebody else come out and do it.

I will not even go there to buy pool supplies, I feel the business is dishonest and does not care about customers

It is hard to imagine how my 3+ year experience (nightmare would be closer) with this provider could have been any worse. It is too much to go into, just suffice it to say that the pool was installed incorrectly, was not level, had to be removed, and the spa was irreparably damaged and also had to be removed and replaced. All removal was at my expense because the pool was not installed in accordance with the manufacturer's insturctions - which the provider knew and did deliberately to save him time and money - so the warranty was invalidated. I would not recommend this provider for anything - ever. If further description of this experience is desired, I will be happy to provide documentation and further detail by request.

THEY COME OUT WHEN NEEDED, EVEN IF IT IS THEIR OFF HOURS TO WORK. THEY'LL COME RIGHT OUT WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED. THEY HAVE VERY MODEST PRICES FOR THE SERVICES THEY DO IN THE SUMMER AND WINTER.
