Contacted these folks on 1/7/2014. Inquired about a shower door and install. The atmosphere was unprofessional, nobody was available to discuss my inquiry, waited for about 15 minutes while apparent owners of the company scurried past me several times. When I finally did get some help it was less than helpful but it appeared the person who was answering my questions actually does something beside sales. Because they were unable to answer my questions we decided to set an appointment for a home visit and an estimate. I gave my name, address & phone number and advised Thursdays were best. I was told they would call and set it up. Didn't hear from anyone so on 1/15/14 I phoned back asking if they were going to schedule an appointment. The person answering the phone acted as if she was doing me a favor by talking to me and began explaining how busy they were and they hadn't had time to call me. I asked when they would be un-busy and once it again it was explained to me about the holidays (remember its Jan 15th) and how hectic things had been. I gave her one last chance to speak with someone and was told to relax and someone would get with when they could. I advised not to bother I would take my business elsewhere. No way to run a business but that’s the way it is in a small town where you've always been the only game in town you feel like you can treat customers poorly and because of limited choices they just suck it up and deal with the arrogance. Well not me, I'm just hard headed enough to find an alternate method to get a shower door (already have) and hop on Angies list and let everyone else know how my visit with the Waller Glass company went.
