 + -1 moreThey call in advance to schedule an arrival time and are usually very close. They check water softness and clean up both systems as needed.They repair or tune up any part needing it. They add the salt and new filters as needed or leave them for me to do over the next six months or until their next visit. The representatives are polite and helpful. The entire process brings no concerns for our safety or our system.

Description of Work: Purchased 3 tankless water heaters, water purification system and water filtration system. Some plumbing had to be done to redirect water pipes. They were very professional, did a wonderful job and have responded quickly to any questions or problems we may have had. Would highly recommend them and we continue to use them for annual checkups, filters, etc.

 + -1 moreIt went great! They had to run a pex line from my main to the water softener. They did it quickly and efficiently. The water is great now! It isn't nearly as hard!
