 + -1 moreThe first call being May 27,2014. Repairman arrived June 14. He had to order part and said he would be gone on vacation for a week. It is now July 7, when I called Sears warranty service was told he would be here today. But haven't had a call from him to confirm appointment. It has been 6 weeks, with no washing machine . Needless to say, this will be the last Sears item I will ever purchase.
Description of Work: We purchased a Kenmore front load washer in December. It is still under warranty, so when the latch broke I called Sears in Elk City, OK.

Description of Work: Our dishwasher door latch was broken and we called for Mr. Appliance to come and check it out and give us an estimate. We then had him order the parts to fix it.
