satellite tv service
+ -1 moreThe channel's received were as advertised BUT we were not informed that we would constantly lose reception. The installers were professional but did not tighten the bolts enough allowing the antenna to turn. Not knowing the problem when reception got worse, we called and was told it would cost another $35 dollars for a service call.
