They called right away, which was awesome, since we needed urgent service for escaping animals! We made an appointment for the next day (a holiday weekend) for a quote - super great! Fifteen minutes after they were supposed to arrive for the quote, I received a message stating that our location was farther than expected and they wouldn’t be coming. Wait?! Fifteen minutes AFTER they were supposed to arrive is when they first checked our location? When I asked if we were too far for a quote that day or too far for the job entirely, I was ghosted. Zero response. So, instead of getting to enjoy my holiday weekend with family, I spent one day getting stood up for a quote, then ghosted, and the rest of the time wrangling animals. Not cool, man.

I was trying to go out of my way to assist you as we typically don’t work that far out and do not do estimates on the weekend, especially a holiday weekend. Ethan was fantastic! I needed my builder grade fence to have a driveway gate installed. He utilized my existing pickets to keep cost low and recommended reinforced steel cable to keep the gate from sagging over time. Two years later and it’s still in the same great shape he left it in three years ago. Also, his customer service is second to none, and he is very responsive!
