They came and looked over the roof and gave us a verbal quote on a power vent that needed to be replaced. It was a good price and my parents have used them before. Wife called and left numerous messages no follow up. I called from a phone that does not show my name and got right through every time. I was told we would be put on a schedule. Never heard anything. I called a week later and was told I would receive a call that evening. No call, hence the review. There has been no communication or follow up from them other than what we initiated. All they have done is waste a few weeks of my time getting the repair done. Guess it is time to call others to get the job done

I had hail damage to my roof and to the eight inch wide strip of aluminum siding that forms the trim between the roof and the brick wall of the house. My homeowners insurance paid for repairs. I hired Brian Webb Roofing put a new roof and siding on my house. Webb Roofing did the worst imaginable job of replacing the siding. It had ripples and wrinkles running the entire length and circumference of the house. Not a single corner met squarely and all of them were completely distorted and bent out of shape. A messy application of caulk was applied to bridge the gaps and hide the damaged corners, which just made it look worse. Nails were driven into the metal haphazardly with no attempt to make them symmetrical. The nails created dents and dings over the entire surface of the siding. Seams were mismatched and offset. No one with a brain would have found Webb Roofing's siding job acceptable. Brian Webb agreed with me that the siding his company had installed was a disaster. He apologized profusely and said he'd fix it, but all he did was have his workers come over and strip off the bad aluminum. Now he has decided that instead of repairing the mess his company made, he wants to keep my money and skip out on the job. This was my insurance money, paid by my insurance company to be used to make repairs on my house only. Brian Webb has many lies, excuses, and rationalizations, but nothing he claims can change the fact that he was paid $7,000.00 to put a roof and siding on my house, and that he did not. After the roof, which was about 4,500.00, there is $2,500.00 of my money left that he owes me. What I've asked is that he either finish the siding job or refund my money, but Brian Web will not even give me the courtesy of returning my phone calls. I've made many approximately sixty attempts to reach Webb Roofing in the past three months. Webb Roofing has left me with a house without siding, with the chipped paint and rotting wood, and the leaks caused by leaving the house exposed to the elements for such a long time Brian Webb claims that this was a "contract job," and that I owe him all of the insurance money even though his company didn't even finish what they were paid to do, and even though I had to turn to other companies to do most of the work. Since then I've spoken with my insurance company. They told me that just because I hired a contractor to do repairs, it doesn't mean that I'm under scrict rules to use them to do all repairs no matter what.

Klay Kerr, Customer Consultant, provided a fair estimate for the work required and the final price was exactly that amount. The crews working on the property were competent and respectful. The roof and gutters look great. Both Clay and Loretta are quick to respond to any concerns or questions regarding technical questions even well after hours. We are more than satisfied and would not hesitate to trust them again.

Brian Webb and his team of pros did an outstanding job...no detail was overlooked. My neighbors have *roof envy*; yes, it looks that great! The expert who was in charge of installing the gutters actually listened to me and understood my concerns about rain water gushing over top of the previously installed gutters. The problem is no longer!!! They were on time, professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend Webb Roofing. Great job!!! A+++

The upside was the price, the professionalism and the quality of the product. Our salesman helped negotiate with the insurance company to get a little more money (reflecting rise in material prices). He also helped us decide on the proper roof for our house without adding substantially to the final price. Workers were a little late showing up. However, they worked steadily through the day and completed the job by sunset. They cleaned up thoroughly afterward as well; aside for a few nails that washed down from the gutters, there was no debris left behind. The only downside: We would have liked to have had a more thoroughly written estimate with brand names, sizes, etc. We were provided one quickly when we asked, but it would've been nice not to have to ask. Other companies who provided estimates provided such written documentation from the start.

Covered all costs very well. Workers threw trash and beer bottles in neighboring yards. Left a water bottle full of wine out in the field near our fence.

His crews were professional and did a great job. They kept their word and cleaned up after themselves. Large job, and when I found only one thing I didn't feel was satisfactory, he was out the next day to make it right. I highly recommend Webb Roofing and would not hesitate to use him again.

Webb Roofing replaced our roof and gutters in August 2013. Webb was about a month behind on getting to us based on the time we were originally told. But that was not a big deal to us as we didn't have anything that couldn't wait. After watching them work, we know why so many people use Webb. They showed up Friday afternoon about 5pm with the materials and started to work on the roof. When we got back from church on Sunday at about 10am, Webb had everything done and cleaned up. They tore off and replaced our 70 square roof in about 36 hours! About a week later we came home one evening, we had new gutters. We had one small problem with the gutters and called Brian about it. In a couple of days, that was corrected without further contact! Webb Roofing worked with us in holding down our out of pocket expense as we had a few extra things done. We would highly recommend Webb Roofing! We will use Webb on our next roof!

The roofing crew arrived as scheduled, worked hard, and were very professional. The clean up was very well done. The total roofing job was completed ahead of schedule. Webb also completely replaced the shower in our master bath. The job took a bit longer than expected because of delays in getting all the materials (not Webb’s fault). There was one small problem with the new shower faucet, but Brian was there the day we called and got the problem corrected. This is the second roofing job Webb roofing has done for us, and if we need another roofing job Webb roofing will get our business again.

They were very professional. They did good work. They did exactly what they said they would do. They cleaned up well afterwards. I had a good experience. Their pricing was very reasonable.

At 9:15 I called to find out where anyone was or if they were coming and got an answering machine. At 9:30 I called again and got an answering machine and left a message that if they were not professional enough to call me to let me know they weren't coming that we were not interested in their services. I finally spoke to Greg to see if he had any idea of what happened and he did not seem to remember setting up the appointment (I had written down the time and his name in my calendar). I then again told him we were not interested in using his company if there was this much confusion with just getting an estimate.
