+ -1 moreThe services have gone terribly. The provider was very inaccessible when we would call to say that the roof was not fixed. We would call the provider to come and fix the services because we have a five year warranty through them. He would say he was coming out to access the leak and would never show to appointments. Now the provider is unresponsive and we have called him several times and the calls are not being returned.
Description of Work: I hired the company to fix our patio roof which was leaking.
