Description of Work: Tuned up , checked all the filters, replaced spark plugs and air filters, valve cover gasket, flushed and cleaned the carburetor, leveled the deck, replaced the blades, greased and washed my riding mower

Description of Work: They did an overall good job. I just had to take the mower back for adjustments. It was during none mowing season, so it wasn't that big of a deal. Just a few extra trips.

Description of Work: We are not sure they did anything. My husband took his mower in and was trying to explain what was wrong and the mechanic was rude. Said he didn't have time (really! For a paying customer) then he said write it down. We picked it up and he said he fixed the idoling problem. And guess what? He didn't obviously read my husbands note. When I paid the lady, she apologized for the mechanics actions ( over a week prior). She apparently remembered our name or they treat everyone this way. She was very nice, he could take lessons from her or just stay with what he does, oh, sorry, not sure he should be involved at all!

+ -1 moreWhen I dropped off the mower, I told them the front wheels were squeaking. They started it, then pushed the handle bar to activate the front wheel pull and heard the squeaking. They then told me that they were about 10 days behind; I told them that was okay with me. My grass hadn't really grown too tall then, so I wasn't worried. About 8 or 9 days later, they called and said the mower was ready. After getting there, I asked what was wrong. They said nothing was wrong; all they did was clean and grease the bearings inside the front wheels. And it looked like they cleaned the outside of the mower, too because it looked like a brand new mower. I was very impressed with their service and attention to detail. I will definitely use them again.
Description of Work: They ended up cleaning and greasing inside the front wheels.

+ -1 moreI haven't started my mower in years. It wouldn't start when I put fresh gas in and charged the battery. I called other shops in Edmond, but they wouldn't work on it because its a no name brand. DC was more than willing to repair it. Turnaround was 10 days. Mower runs better than when it was new.
Description of Work: Repaired riding mower that hasn't been started in years. DC the owner, is very knowledgeable in small engine repair.
