I do use them still, and I'm very satisfied with them. They have done a lot of different work for me. I have a yearly plan, so this last fall they provided service on my heater. They'll provide service on my air conditioner this spring. It is competitive with other companies in the Oklahoma area. I fill out a report and file it with our local company so that I can get a rebate for proving that I am energy efficient. I have been very pleased with them and their technicians. I've been happy with all of the work that they've done for me. I've recommended them to my family and friends.

These guys are very reliable, we always call them when any thing goes wrong with our heat and air, they always show up on time and do a great job. Today was not difference.

I spent a lot of time on the phone today trying to find someone to work on our floor furnace. Nearly every response was "We don't work on floor furnaces. Hardly anyone does that anymore." So I was thrilled when I heard that HVAC Solutions works on them, and could even come today. The young men who showed up were pleasant, polite, and efficient. We are very pleased.

Mike quickly identified the problem finding an insect had kept the unit from making contact to feed electricity to the motor. He cleaned it and it kicked ok immediately. He went ahead and checked the coolant levels and he was on his way. A+ service and it only cost me the $85 service call fee. I would definitely use them again and Mike is a really nice guy but most importantly competent at his trade.

We have had the service contract for two years now and have had a couple "tuneups" along with a couple of these emergency repair calls including this worse-case after-hours Saturday night call. A/C failures in the South are no joke in the summer and I am writing this review to express my appreciation to HVAC Solutions for having a pro like Austin who literally came out at a moment's notice and had us back up and running in under an hour. The $100+ capacitor cost was covered by the service agreement and so we only paid $60 for the service call. That is value-for-money cheap insurance against a sweaty night of probably no sleep. Austin is very knowledgeable and willing to share advice about repairs/replacement without a sales pitch that you sometimes run into in these situations (thinking of service reps at car dealers ...). Summary - these guys know what they are doing and delivered on the 24/7 service guarantee.

Woke up to no AC. Contacted HVAC Solutions and they made it out that afternoon. I was expecting to be sold a new unit or expensive repair. Mike Fore and Neil Garvey, in training, worked both Units and identified bad capacitors made sure both units were up and running and did not try to sell me any big ticket. Both were professional and polite. They did have to move some boxes around and cleaned up after their work. I was somewhat surprised, and extremely pleased, with the troubleshooting solution as I would have probably been an easy sell on an expensive repair. I did end up buying maintenance agreement for additional $300 above service required. Highly recommend

Extremely quick response. The person answering the phone immediately found a way to work us in. The technician was prompt and very professional. Cost was market price and reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

We had 3 companies bid the project. HVAC solutions were in the middle regarding price, but offered to match the lowest bid. This brought the total cost down about 15%, paying $4300 vs. $5000. Our highest bid was around $7000. Note that this is for a 4 ton condenser, 4-5 ton coils, and a run of 10" ductwork. Their lead installer, Jon, was very conscientious, offered a lot of information, walked us through various issues and options. We had the sense that he absolutely loved his job and his employer. Instead of some kid who took a training course, this is what Jon lives and breathes. HVAC Solutions thus seemed to us to be the sort of family business with a great work-ethic, good employee morale, and well experienced employees. After receiving a lower bid, we spoke with Jon, who got approval to meet their price. We scheduled the installation for the following week, a day warm enough so that they could ensure the system worked. They took care of the whole project (including checking the installation, checking for leaks, etc.) through the day, finishing mid-afternoon. They tested the system, all seemed great and were done. The only glitch was that a little plastic piece from the coils packaging wasn't removed, and eventually fell into the blower. That triggered a sensor, which turned the system off. HVAC came back right away (i.e. the evening right after the install), opened up the blower and spotted the plastic piece. While that was clearly an omission on their part during the install, it was resolved immediately. The system has been working great ever since. The air is much cooler and we're optimistic that once 100 degree temperatures hit us, our upstairs will cool far better.

I initially called them out for an annual maintenance. During the process of the cleaning and filter replacement, they found a part that was under-performing. They explained what it did and what I should expect if it did go out. It wasn't at a point where it absolutely had to be replaced, but I went ahead and did it anyhow. During the course of the work, they were happy to answer my questions and give me information that I inquired about. There were not high-pressure sales tactics or solicitations to "up-sell" any services or products. They were extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and had great communication skills. I felt comfortable enough with them that I decided to sign up for a service agreement. They are definitely my go-to HVAC guys now!

Excellent. Quick, on time and thorough, plus friendly and personable. Always leaves workspace clean and is careful not to track dirt into our home.

This is the 3rd or 4th time we've used HVAC Solutions, in the past for seasonal system checks and this time for a maintenance issue. Everyone that works there, from the people answering the phones to the techs on site, are professional and friendly. They will email you when they are on their way, complete with a photo of the tech coming to your house. This time the tech found the source of the leak quickly and gave us an honest prognosis of how long it might continue to work before we needed to replace all or part of the unit. He then gave us three different price quotes on two levels of repair as well as a full system replacement and emailed them all to us before he even left our home. I can't say enough good things about this company and I highly recommend them!

This is the second half of my story with HVAC Solutions. I recently wrote that I was on the verge of hiring them when a family "friend" stepped up and said he would help us for very little cost. "Friend" bailed out with a text three days before he was supposed to start but this story is not about how bad he is but about how great our experience was/is with HVAC Solutions. I re-hired Mike Fore pronto with my tail between my legs and his office assured me there were no hard feelings (over the top kind and gracious on the phone). Same great set up as before, notification they are coming, full disclosure, prompt, professional. Austin and Steve were great; hard working; polite and funny but not wanting to stand around and talk with the clock ticking. Mine was a very dirty job with tight spaces and they handled it with great spirit and humor. My son could hear them entertaining themselves under our house with light banter and joking and he thought that was hilarious!! We have had a ton of contractors at our house the past two months and some come with such a chip on their shoulder they almost want you to apologize for the hard work you are paying them to do; I have found this attitude very distasteful. The entire HVAC Solutions team was incredible from start to finish. I strongly encourage all who read this to stop shopping around to try and find a better deal; I can't guarantee they are the cheapest ( In my chosen profession I am not the cheapest either and never want to be) but you will be so satisfied. I am thankful for this company; they are fantastic.

Mike and Austin were fantastic. I was so thankful for their professionalism, attitude, and even their response when I told them they weren't going to do the job. Top notch and classy with everything. Gracious and kind. After having a revolving door of no shows or show and never call back or just flat lie to your face about the job; it was refreshing to have someone look you in the eye and say and I quote, "Sir, we want your business". They are not the cheapest I'm sure but trust me when I tell you; what good is cheap if they don't show. Talk is cheap, quality work costs money .One company spent a ton of time telling me how cheap they were but never showed up!!!! We own a small property management company and I will make sure HVAC Solutions gets all of my business in the coming years. Please call these people and feel the difference when they show up, shake your hand and look you in the eye.

This is a job I normally do myself taking about 45 minutes to an hour but currently I'm incapacitated. Steve and Austin, from HVAC performed the job in about 30 minutes. It was a pleasure dealing with the young men. They were very familiar with my furnace and filter system and needed no advice on completing the task. I was also appreciative of the very pleasant phone conservation I had when I set up the appointment. The young lady at the office was very courtious and was able to book me for the next afternoon with the understanding that that crew will be finishing a larger installation and might be running a little late. She provided me with estimated cost and gladly accepted the coupon for 5 % off for being a member of Angie"s List. Overall a most pleasant experience. HVAC will be my service provider in the future.

Very poorly. Two "technicians", and I say that with reservation arrived. Neither were professional and the power tools needed to fix what they broke did not work. I could not recommend this company for any work to be done in the HVAC arena. Will certainly never use them again and if anyone asked for advice I would tell them to run away as fast as possible.

Was very thorough and professional. Appearance was top-notch. Felt bad that he couldn't resolve the problem. On his way out, he spotted an 50' extension cord in the garage and suggested he could run the unit from another outlet. Returned to the attic, plugged furnace into the extension cord and ran from a nearby bathroom outlet. A/C running! He didn't have to return to the attic. And he didn't have to run the patch. And that quick fix allowed me to postpone the electrical repair for another month. It was way more than going the extra mile.

The service rep was extremely polite, professional, efficient and sensitive to my need to be efficient with my own time. When my wife booked the appointment, the same applied.

The technician (Randy) was knowledgeable and courteous. He cleaned the unit, replaced a bad capacitor and ensured that the coolant was at the proper level and pressure. He offered advice for me to keep this older unit in good operating order. I called this company because of the good reviews I read on Angie's list. From my experience, they do deserve that reputation. I will use them again, and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Service tech called before arrival during scheduled time and repaired AC unit. Very professional and knowlegable. Will use this service again.

I called on a Friday evening while out of town for business because my wife noticed that our AC condenser had overflowed. We had paid another contractor at the end of last summer who supposedly cleared the drainage pipe with some compressed air. I got a call back within 15 minutes and the service call started about 90 minutes later- and the serviceman (John, I think) even apologized for the delay...on a Friday. I thought the final cost was going to be ridiculous considering it was after 6pm on a Friday. Instead I was pleasantly surprised by a bill under $250, and some very thorough and professional work. I would definitely call HVAC Solutions, LLC again for any relevant work needed.

The technician, Jon Hatfield, called prior to his arrival. ( which was actually prior to the scheduled time by about 40 minutes) He changed filters on both inside units. Then cleaned the coils on the two outside units. Checked the electronics and the refrigerant charges. He informed me of his findings and more importantly the meaning of the numbers.( Happily, all was within normal limits) And discussed things I could do to lessen wear and tear on the two units. He spent a solid 1.5+ hours on the maintenance. I was pleased with the service and would recommend the service and the technician.

Service was performed professionally and courteously. I have used HVAC for years and they have never disappointed me. This is a rare thing these days.
