Have used HVAC since they were a small company. You would think that they would treat one of their older customers better. I ordered this over a month ago. My first appointment was scheduled but they called and asked me if I could reschedule because a big job came up. I said of course I would and did so. The second appointment came up and I received a call saying that while loading the equipment that a worker injured himself and if they could reschedule again. Again I agreed. After waiting for close to 2 hours for them on the third appointment, I called them and they said they were running late because they had an important meeting and that they were on the way. I thought that it would have been courteous for them to have called and told me that. I was so aggravated I canceled completely. I will never use HVAC again.

HVAC Solutions did an excellent job replacing our entire HVAC system at a very good price. I started my inquiry with the reality of my budget constraints and that I needed to take care of the issue as inexpensively as possible. They explained my options and the cost of each option. The price to replace the entire system was a lot less than a competitor company. They came out same day to inspect my system and further explained my options and cost, and then installed the new system the very next day! They are very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and honest. A new system at a great price, installed by a great group of people. I will never look elsewhere and will refer everyone I know. Excellent. No complaints at all. That was over a weekend, the service was set up and our problem was rectified simply and easily. We were very happy and, as always, pleased with the service, friendliness and professionalism of these folks.

Great. There were some adjustments need and the technician found a water leak, verified by a water spot on my ceiling (furnace is in the attic). He explained the problem and repaired the leak. The technician's name is Steve and I wish he would always be the one to come to my house. The price was reasonable and well worth it, knowing the Problem is taken care of properly. Thanks Steve!

People charge $500 plus just for a duct clean, I got my annually services x2 plus duct clean for under this price, they cleaned away 20 years of dirt as it looked like previous owners had never had it done. I would highly recommend people to get this, I think we will all feel better with our allergies now we aren't breathing all that in. The 2 men that came round were absolutely fantastic, worked really hard and showed us before and after pictures. Definitely use this company again and recommend to anyone. Plus my furnace needed parts and they replaced them and it was all included in price, I didn't have to pay extra.

They did a great job, as usual. There was a slight mixup with the schedule, but once that was cleared up, they came immediately, and ran a quick and thorough check of the entire heating system, replaced the air filter, and recommended the replacement of a capacitor -- which I'm sure was quite justified, since the system is about 10 years old now. So now we can be sure that everything will run fine during the winter!

The guys were friendly, professional, and took pride in their work. There was a mix up with the furnace unit that was ordered not being available so they upgraded it to a slightly better unit at no additional charge. They even took the time to paint the exhaust vent on the roof so that it would match the other vents. I have used 3 other heat and air companies in the past and I always felt they weren't honest or were grossly over-charging for their services. I felt HVAC Solutions was fair in their pricing and honest.

Technicians conducted evaluations per homeowner request without high sales pressuring. Offered, at homeowner request, options regarding automated fresh air vent. We were very satisfied with the results concerning our current AC setup.

Very well. I had another technician with a different company come out. Not only did the prior tech not diagnose the problem, he had "options" for me starting with an offer to pay him $723 for a complete re-wiring of my unit. My unit is 1 1/2 years old. The tech from HVAC found a small colony of ants that had taken up residence in a "contactor." He simply got the ants out, put it back together and my AC is running fine a week later. I've sprayed the ants.

The AC guy was at my house about an hour after calling and found the leaking was due to a clogged drain pipe. He corrected the issue and checked the AC unit for other issues within 1-1/2 hours. I would recommend HVAC Solutions, LLC to others

My experience working with HVAC Solutions is that they are timely, honest, reliable, and great at keeping its service contract members updated on options/costs related to current events, such as the recent R22 changes.

Today was perfect! They contacted me as the provider was on the way. The technician arrived early and was very friendly. Everything was explained in detail for the service needs. We have used HVAC Solutions for several years and wouldn't trust anyone else. They are professional, courteous, and dependable. You cannot put a price on the value of this service and company. If you're in search of the right fit for your HVAC needs, you won't go wrong with these guys.

Checked all systems and found all was working with no problem. Technician was very professional, he explained every aspect of service that he accomplished and gave recommendations to what to possibly could be the problem with why AC system had tripped breaker.

The entire organization at HVAC Solutions is excellent in customer service, diagnostics and repair. They analyzed the problem and made suggestions for repair and maintenance, taking in consideration costs and effectiveness. A good Christian organization, very professional and at the same time friendly and courteous. I would (and have) recommended them to friends and family. Very thankful there was no excessive heat this day as they were in the attic for some time. First became aware of the company through my utility providers energy efficiency program, they were contracted to do this activity, which in my opinion gives them a good rating for skills and service or they would not have been selected to do the job.

Called HVAC for emergency weekend service call. Were very responsive, got to house earlier than indicated on phone conversation and had the unit repaired in less than 30 min. Very pleased with their help.

Excellent! Justin, the technician was very knowledgeable and explained the entire procedure of repair. I used the company before and will continue to have them take care of my Heating and Air needs. All of my under slab duct work had rusted and collapsed, leaving my ducts blocked and blowing dirt into my home. Mike, his team and I determined that based on my two story home, the best solution was to saw cut the slab and put in all new plastic duct work. The job was messy and as planned, we had to move out of the home due to the dust and disruption. Fortunately, we coordinated with HVAC Solutions weeks in advance and started a renovation of the home along with the HVAC project. All in all, I'm pleased with HVAC Solutions. The few tiny issues I had were addressed promptly and with out charge. They even serviced my second unit without charge as a courtesy. Please note: I had used HVAC solutions one other time in the past with great results! The previous experience was a failing AC unit that Mike was able to keep going an extra two years prior to its replacement. I would absolutely recommend Mile, Steve, Tyler, Austin and the entire HVAC Solutions team!

He had the repairs completed in about 15 minutes and we were getting cool again.

We originally found HVAC Solutions on Angie's list last year when we our A/C went out. Mike (owner) came out and replaced two capacitors and tested everything. (He could have sold us a new unit if he wanted as we were desperate). We signed up for annual service (Spring and Fall). Spring check up this year timed well as our A/C had just stopped working the day before they came out. It was the capacitor again (covered under our agreement). Staci verified time and kept me posted on when someone would arrive at our house to fix the unit. Mike advised me that our units were getting old and we should probably start preparing for replacement as one of them was acting a little funny. He said it could be next month or 3 years from now. He did not advise to replace yet, but would not suggest any expensive repairs. We renewed our annual service. About 1 week later it went out and I thought for sure it was the end of the unit. Again Staci was on top of scheduling and my wife, the one waiting for them, was never inconvienced. Mike came out looked it over did a trouble shoot and fixed the wire under our contract. No muss no fuss. With AC units most of us are relying on the provider to guide us and I know many folks who have replaced units that are newer than mine for what I suspect were minor issues, but easy sales. Mike and the technicians that have come out to service our equipment have never taken that approach with us. He and I even discussed some options on how to make our set up better when it is time to replace our units. Having a provider you trust is very important today and all too rare. Mike and his team have earned our trust and our business and will get the sale when it is time. I think they take a long view of the customer relationship and that is nice to see.
