Amazing. I can't say enough good things about this company. After being up sold and lied to by another heat and air company in town my gut was telling me to call and get a second opinion. The original company told me it would cost 750 to replace the blower motor on my furnace plus the $128 fee they charged just for coming out to tell me they couldn't fix it. Then when I asked for advice on what to do they told me my equipment was 15 and in bad shape and they'd recommend replacing it. They gave me a deal of 11k which wasn't terrible for all the work that would go in to a tear out and replace. However, HVAC Solutions came out the same day and looked at my system and gave me honest advice and even told me the price of the other company was fair but that I could wait and didn't need it immediately and oh yeah, it's not 15 it's 13 which isn't a huge thing but it is when you are trusting the people telling you information. HVAC Solutions figured out a fix to my blower motor that cost $420 TOTAL for everything. They knew what they were doing and told me how I could fix some of my problems more cheaply. I can't say enough good things about them. It's hard when you have to trust people are giving you good advice and you can't. This company you can trust! I also love that it's local and woman owned. I love that they were nice to me on the phone and listened to my story and tried to get my pricing over the phone so they wouldn't have to send someone out. I was without heat on days that were below freezing for several days. I can't thank this company enough for their integrity, competence, and kindness. This is the hallmark of who you want to work with when you're stressed and need good advice.

The night before Thanksgiving my tenant tells me her heater isn't working. I texted HVAC Solutions and they were out within 2 hours and got it working. Can't beat that kind of service.

We hired HVAC Solutions last spring to help fix our A/C...and when we started having issues with the heat pump this winter, we called them back. Both times they were fair with their pricing and their service was excellent. Our issue turned out to be a faulty thermostat. The willingly made an extra trip (same day) to locate a new thermostat and come back out and install it...and no, they did not charge us for that extra trip. That speaks volumes regarding the service-oriented philosophy of HVAC Solutions. We even decided to sign up for their service plan (I didn't include that in my price since that was a decision we made after the repair).

Excellent. On time and then when my filter cover broke, they came out literally the next morning and fixed it in less than thirty minutes. Very honest and educational about their services.

Great! I had an appointment not only were they on time but they gave me a 20 minute notice. They tuned up & checked everything. They changed out filters, gave me an update & it was all inclusive to my membership.

They did a great job, as usual. Perfectly on time, very professional and they did a thorough job making sure that our A/C keeps functioning properly. We've had their service twice a year (A/C and furnace) for probably 5 years now, and thanks to their excellent service, nothing ever broke!

Great. Mike explained problem and showed me where line was clogged. Also discussed options for remedying continual problems with system due to under-capacity of unit/system for our size home (mentioned by at least 4 HVAC repair companies). HVAC Solutions had financing offered through a bank in Tulsa with excellent financing rates to keep the interest rate down while we make needed improvements in our HVAC system in the future.

HVAC Solutions was great. They came out and confirmed that the broken drain part was under warranty. They ordered the part (took about a week to come in) and returned to install the part. They were prompt, courteous, and fixed the problem. Total cost to me was under $200. When my pre-paid contract with Hill & Company on my large HVAC units is over, I'll switch all my service to HVAC Solutions.

Amanda on the phone was polite and professional. There were some minor delays in the tech arriving, but that's understandable given the sheer volume of A/C work going on in the area. When he arrived, he was very polite. Immediately knew what the problem was, and had it fixed very quickly. While onsite, he also checked the coolant level in the unit (which was indeed low), and with my consent resolved that future problem. I liked the way that Mike explained the issues and how he could tell what needed serviced. He was very personable and professional. Even better, HVAC Solutions was able to get out to my family's rescue the same day when other companies could not.

They quickly responded to fix it and did good job.

AC went out on a Saturday with 95 degree heat. Called HVAC Solutions based on Angie's List reviews. Mike arrived on time as promised. All charges were as estimated and services were FIRST CLASS! Thanks Mike!
