They did fine. They were a little late getting here but did a good job once they got there.

They did a good job. There were some complications with the new unit and they ended up replacing that unit. They did this within a couple days. They were also very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable.

Their prices were reasonable. They also subtracted the $49 from the previous visit towards the second visit. They needed to order a new motor and it took a week for the new motor to arrive and for them to install it. They seemed knowledgeable and cleaned up well after themselves.

Everything was satisfactory and I’m going to enroll for a year for a maintenance contract. I was very pleased with the person who came out and felt he was being honest with me.

They are very easy to work with. I’ve called before at 5pm and had someone that same day at 7pm. They’re very punctual and everyone who I’ve spoken w has been very knowledgeable and has known what they’re doing. On this most recent visit, he came out on a Sunday morning and the unit was fixed by 10am. They’re prices are very reasonable.

Good, took time to give explanation of of services performed, outlined what will be needed in the future for these unites. Gave an estimate on quieter more energy efficient unites. Also explained about possible discount when they come avaible.

I bought the Angie's list $49 AC tune-up deal. The appointment was scheduled promptly. The inspection itself went very well. Billy called before coming out and was here at the time and date agreed on. He was patient in explaining the condition of our AC units, and helpful in giving tips about proper maintenance and how the AC systems work (SEER ratings, types of coolant, etc.). Since we just moved into our house, it was good to get a quick AC 101 basic lesson and also helps me in making any decisions about service and parts going forward. I was pleased and happily signed up for their yearly service contract at $159 per year.

I was informed about a $49 special they were offering. When I brought up the deal, he brushed it aside.I thought the price was very high. He simply gave me a list of work that needed to be done and said there was too large of a problem. The heat was quite high and they did not resolve the issue. The owner of Oklahoma Air, who put in my furnace looked at the system and couldn't believe the information HVAC Solutions gave me and did not find the same issues.

I called HVAC Solutions at 8:30am and asked for an appointment that day. They quoted a window of 5:30-6:30pm. Mike called at 4:15pm and said he was on route. He arrived at 4:45pm and assessed the AC unit. He said that from just listening to it that it was probably the capacitor. Which it was. He replaced the appropriate parts and was finished in a very efficient time. They are a paperless company and had me e-sign for my credit card, which was effortless. I appreciate that they were extremely accommodating and prompt! Especially during their busiest season!! As a new homeowner, I am so glad that I have found a quality company that is locally owned and operated. I will absolutely use HVAC Solutions for all my future heating & air needs!!

Mike (the owner) came to do some repairs that we found during the home inspection prior to us buying our house. He was incredibly personable, very professional and very good at his job. He was honest with us, and tried to save us money whenever possible. We signed up for their biannual service plan which cost ~$159/unit and includes spring and fall servicing as well at a 10% discount on any and all repairs that may be needed at any point in time. Mike doesn't work on an 8-5 schedule, so whenever you call, someone answers the phone, and is willing to help you even if it's not during "normal business hours." We will definitely be using them again for all our future HVAC needs.

Serious issues with this company. I had a new duct piped into my office. They installed the duct but the workmanship was so poor the duct fell off the blower after about 48 hours of use. Had to call back and beg to get someone in to fix. They showed up and while fixing the problem the repair person broke a hole in my ceiling. Stuck his whole leg through. HVAC promised to pay for the repair. I got it fixed and sent them the bill. They refused to return my phone calls for three weeks. Then finally they tell me they would only refund the amount that the original job cost me $125 - AND they cant pay until the 15th "when all their checks go out". This is almost 45 days after their accident. Repair to my ceiling cost me $330.00, HVAC solutions refused to pay anything but 125 bucks. Company has stopped returning my calls. Guess I am going to FLAME them on angies list and EVERYWHERE I CAN POST online - See you on Craigslist Mike! Do not use these guys! They screwed me and are likely to screw you to! I reiterate my comment above as a truthful and honest representation of the facts. If you feel its defamatory that would mean it is a lie. It is not. You failed to fix serious damage to my property and are lying in your response in an attempt to save face.

These guys were AWESEOME!!! Not only was it the week of July 4th, when I had NO hope that we'd get someone to come look at the problem but they came back TWICE. The first time we thought we had it fixed but it turned out to be a little bit worse than we thought. We got a quote from another company (which I'm getting ready to do a bad review on) but these guys took the time to look at EVERYTHING- they even hosed all of the cottonwood seeds off the side of the outdoor unit. I can't say enough about how great this company was to work with and how reasonable the price was. With the heat and the holiday they could've take us for a ride (like the $2,500 quote we got from the other guys) but they charged us such a reasonable price and did great work. Its still running great and I will definitely recommend them to any one in need! They were very knowledgeable, have great hours and were just a joy to work with (at least that's what my husband and dad said) On a side note, unrelated to the work, my husband was driving in from our farm that's about 60 miles away and had to pick up a key to get into the house and the guy ran and got himself a coke to give my husband a little extra time instead of running off to another job and making him wait another hour or two. I just can't say enough good things about this company!

We were so pleased with the job that we have used HVAC Solutions for another rental property and THREE personal projects. I recommend them to my family and friends.

They did a good job. They sent out a second man to get the job done quicker. I would highly recommend them.

A guy came out and worked on the machine for a while. He thought he found the problem but he did not. He had to come back out and it started to work on its own. He did not fully diagnose the issue but it is working fine now.

The experience of replacing the old system installing the new was completed in one day, the team was well organized, efficient hard working.

The work turned out great and everything went fine.
