Everything was in good shape. The technician was on time, was friendly, and did a thorough, professional job. I have used HVAC for several years now including buying an A/C unit and signing up for an annual service contract. Never been disappointed.

Provider serviced our A/C unit, inspected, cleaned coils, etc. It was just a general service call, nothing extra needed and nothing out of the ordinary. He seemed to know his stuff and we plan on having them back in the future should we need anything.

Mike Fore arrived as scheduled and performed the above work in a timely, friendly, & efficient manner. I especially appreciated the special price offered by my donating to the owner's charity combined with a credit for providing Angie's List a review of their previous services, resulting in a very generous discount off the normal cost for this service.

They were on time, looked our entire system over and briefed us on there findings. The individual was very informative about our system and even gave recommendations of what we should do to extend the life of the existing unit as well as pricing a replacement if needed. We were very pleased with the service received.

Scheduling was excellent. We had to look at options that were available and settled quickly on a date. They guys came about 15 later than the original schedule, but I was called an hour before to let me know that. The problem was quickly diagnosed, and they did a one-over of my system to make sure there wasn't any additional concerns that we should discuss while they were here. Both men were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. What a great experience! (And the cost was within the range I was expecting)

It went well. They've put in extra Freon. They were prompt and courteous and took care of business. I would recommend them.

The gentleman who came to do the work was within the time limit that was given me as my appointment, He was very friendly and answered all questions I had, he also instructed me on how to clean the dirt and leaves out of the unit located outside.

Went ok but they kept trying to get me to spend a lot of money for more things. They wanted to charge $270 to clean my furnace's blower motor. It's a Coleman furnace I bought in 2000. Seems awfully high to me. Not sure I will continue to use them. I have used other heat and air companies that were not nearly so aggressive trying to get more money out of me. Was kind of like dealing with a used care salesman.

First of all due to rain we had to reschedule twice, and the provider was timely on the third scheduled date. Previously, around 3 years ago we had paid a Norman based company to inspect and clean both of our air conditioning units at a much lower price. However there were things that the first provided did not accomplish, such as the replacement of contacts and the capacitor on the outside condenser. The priciest part concerned the cleaning of the outside condenser screen, and this provider only cleaned one of them. During the fall, I will contact my first (Norman, OK) provider to inspect the smaller unit, and see if prices have risen, while requesting similar part replacements. Our small unit has never failed in 25 years of use, and we have not needed to replace anything but the air filter which exist inside our home. The large unit failed three times and we incurred the expense of a new condenser for each failure. Neither unit has failed since the previous inspection three years ago. The first provider also inspected both units twice in one year. They inspected and provided parts for heating in the winter and then cooling during the summer. I believe I got a better bang from my dollars from the original inspection service since that technician spent several hours cleaning the air filters or metallic screens that enclose the units on both outside condensers, and seemed to do a better job of cleaning them. I found the HVAC Solutions, LLC technician both knowledgeable and courteous. I have not found any problems with the work he performed. As the other company has not advertised this service lately, they may have found it counter productive to their profit margin.

I had an appointment scheduled at 1:00. When nobody showed up by 1:20, I called to see where they were they were. They said that they were running extremely late. I had some other errands to run so I had to cancel the appointment. They were very nice over the phone, I just wish they would have called when they realized they were running late.

.HVAC replaced an old faulty heater in my other home in 2011 and I was very pleased with that job.

The unit quit due to a short in the old pigtail electric cord. The HVAC technician quickly spotted the problem, went to Locke Supply to get a new pigtail, and replaced it in short order, less than an hour. He also recommend ed that the electrical outlet be replaced that the cord plugged into. It was loose with loose wiring in one of the plugs, thereby presenting a potential electrical hazard. We had that replaced later by an electrician that the HVAC technician recommended.

Trouble call went better than expected! Mike was extremely patient with ALL my questions and curiosities during the troubleshooting phase. I will definitly be using HVAC Solutions for all my future unexpected heat and air situations. Thank you for the quick response and professional attitude! Best thing... They did great. I did not have any problems or issues with their service or the final product. We have not had any breakdowns or problems since installation. They have also done work twice for the business I work for (on two different AC units), and I have been100% satisfied with everything they have done. I feel like Mike is a very honest and upstanding guy. He has lived up to his price quotes every time, even when there were surprises on his end that cost him significantly more than he thought.

The person who came out was very nice and I have no complaints. They were accommodating to my schedule.
