Dear Customer, We are very sorry that we've had so many issues sending you the bid that Michael did for you. We do use a electronic system and we did send you the bid, however as you stated to us, it came through with no information. I have been contiously working with our development team to fix this, but you are right, perhaps we should have proactively just did a good old fashioned paper estimate. The intention was not to ignore you, and while Michael is the Contractor, I, Stacy, am the co-owner and should have followed with this better as Michael works hard in the field every day. I believe that our many other reviews on the way we work with and treat our customers here and elsewhere shows our true light and we are again sorry this did not happen for you. We do pride ourselves in education - as we have an entire website and blog doing just that for our customers, we are always happy to work with all customers regardless of their personal knowledge in HVAC Systems/Installation.
