Description of Work: Owner came to our home to give estimates. Guess he didn't like the fact I knew something about HVAC and perhaps I asked questions that were too good... meaning I've learned a thing or two about the HVAC tricks of the trade. Because he will not return calls about the bid he was supposed to supply. I've called the office repeatedly because I liked him and wanted to hear his bid price. Three complete hvac systems are needed in our home but, he is too good for our money? Maybe it is a reflection of future service... or lack of? Too bad for his company I had to write this. My advice to other shoppers ... act stupid and uninformed... he likes it that way.

Description of Work: Air condition service on 2 units. One of the units was not functioning properly. So it was not fully serviced. I wish they would have offered to come back to reservice that unit so I received the service but they did come when the unit was making strange noises which, I wouldn't have caught until the unit broke down... So for that I was grateful...

Description of Work: The company owner came out and did the work for us. I requested a through inspection of our 4 yr old HVAC system as our home was hard hit by the May 20th tornado in Moore, OK, The HVAC was still intact, but before turning it on during clean up and repair, we wanted to know it was in good shape on the inside, as well. He was very prompt, professional, and friendly. He took good care of the unit and we feel very secure in going back to using this one part of our home safely. I appreciated him very much. They have called back a couple of times to check on our progress since and will be the ones I call first for any future HVAC issues.

Description of Work: We had an friend who had been giving us a "deal" for years on our HVAC care and maintenance... After replacing expensive parts last year on an only 7 year old total replaced HVAC unit we began to run into very poor cooling issues right as the summer heated up. We were told our only option was to replace a very pricey part which would cost us 1300-1500. We were told to call another company as our friend didn't have time and maybe we should get a second opinion. We called HVAC Solutions at 7:00 at night and they were at our home by 8:00 working to diagnosis the problem. They promptly returned the next day and found what could only be called a 1/2 inch thick blanket of hair and dirt that after over 7 years had coated the coils and was the obvious reason for our cooling issues. We had been diligent with filters but nothing is perfect. Mike and his crew were approachable, honest, fair, cost conscious, professional, and responsive. We are customers for life! Hands down the best experience we've had in what has been a many year long battle. Thank you HVAC Solutions!

Description of Work: As my luck would have it, my A/C quit on the hottest day we have had so far this year. I call HVAC Solutions and the young lady that answered the phone was very professional, very precise, apologetic about my problem of having no air and couldn't have been more helpful. She told me there was no way she would let me go without air on the hottest day and she would definitely get someone out there that day. She called me back and told me they would be here about 2:00 p.m. The two gentlemen came, gave me the wonderful news that it couldn't be fixed, it would have to be replaced. The worked so hard in that heat, got the A/C replaced and then discovered something was wrong with the squirrel cage. They worked so hard outside in the heat replacing the unit, then had to work so long in the hot garage with no breeze until the squirrel cage was running. " AWESOME" is not a strong enough word to describe their service, professionalism, thoughtfulness and kindness. I would recommend this company to any person having trouble with their heat or air. In addition, they had been out previously as I experienced problems with it and it was repaired. The technician told me at the time it might last a day, a week or all summer, but it was an old unit and would eventually have to be replaced. He fixed it and went on his way. Same kind of service and all that day. If you ever experience problems, don't hesitate for a moment to call these people as you would never find a better company to do business with.
