He and his crews came out and performed WELL ABOVE and beyond our expectations! Ben is very professional and goes above and beyond to keep you informed on his every move. He and his crews cleaned up and stacked the wood they cut and left it looking better than it looked before! They raked up and hauled it off and left ZERO trace that anyone had even been there! They also do other tasks aside of tree felling as well and I will definitely be using him later this year for other jobs! They did a fantastic job, on the day and for they committed to even in spite of some things that didn't go their way that many contractors could have used as an excuse to cancel or raise the price. They'll be the first one I call next time I need some landscaping help.

Amazing work and we could not be happier! Every part of the process, from the beginning when plans were made, and during the process, went seamless. Ben and the guys were very professional and did everything they said they would do. It was a 2-3 week job and they had some heavy equipment problems that were out of their control but they kept us up to date and communicated very well. That was very nice. I would highly recommend them and we definitely plan on continuing to use their services.

My 60-year-old silver maple in the front yard died a few months ago. A huge limb was blown down by a storm and it was time for the tree to come down. I hired the Joneses for this service. Ben was prompt in giving me a quote at the end of the day I called. His quote was fair compared to other quotes I received. I decided to hire the Joneses because Ben informed me that I needed to contact "call before you dig" service before any work could begin. I valued that cautious approach to avoid potentially costly mistakes. Ben and team completed the tree removal and stump grinding in 3 days. I appreciated Ben communicated with me regarding the job-in-progress status and upon completion. I am happy with the result and the cleanup job. One final note, I paid the 30% down by credit card before the job began and had to paid ~4% processing fee. Be sure to ask about paying by check or cash instead of credit card if you want to avoid paying the processing fee.

They were professional and prompt at returning my calls. They got the job done by the agreed upon date. They did a fantastic job of cleaning up after they were done.

The Joneses came out and gave a bid ahead of time before doing the work and stayed right on target with their bid when the work was completed. The Joneses group were great at giving notice as to when they might be able to remove the bushes and grind the stump. One time they were delayed and we were given plenty of time to deal with it. I would use them again.

Ben came on sight and explained what would need to be done to remove a tree from my yard. He & hus crew spent 2 days carefully working the job to ensure there was no damage to my property or neighbors. The team was prompt, communicated effectively, and I will use them again if needed!

Performed tree removal on three big trees close to house and several stumps that needed to be grounded. He was there when he said he was and did excellent job. Would highly recommend his service.
