+ -1 moreRobert really took his time, inspecting every nook and cranny of our new home. He found a few minor flaws that nothing but the most detailed inspection could have caught (including a plugged bathtub drain that happened to be draining a little slowly). Even on our new construction, it was well worth it to have Robert's services.
Description of Work: Robert inspected our newly-constructed home from top to bottom.

+ -1 moreThis was a very positive experience. Mr. Vaughn was nice and easy to talk to. He answered all of our questions in a straight forward manner and told us of any issues we should be concerned with. He explained building codes that the plumbers and electricians should be conforming to. He also identified items that should be addressed by the builder before we close. For example, a shower pan leak and unsealed tiles. This will likely save us $$ in the long run. He printed out an inspection report on site.
Description of Work: Mr. Vaughn inspected a new home we are planning to purchase.
