Terrell Siding & Windows

I work for this guy and he sells Windows at a crazy price and he literally just buys the cheapest window he can get. They're nothing special about the windows he has matter of fact I have a better window than he does for half the price and he bait and switches people on siding he'll sell them insulated backer siding and then just put three quarter inch foam up with regular siding I felt horrible doing that to customers when I work for him but I had no choice and the windows are trash. I heard him call a customer a c*** one time to her face. Plus he still owes me a lot of money for some jobs I did he rips everybody off

I decided to call this company after seeing them working in my neighborhood on several homes. David was punctual and professional. The presentation was very informative and I choose to go with a complete roof replacement. I received a call about installation and the crews showed up on the day they promised and they had the whole roof complete in one day! They did a great job cleaning up too! I highly recommend!

I worked with them on my roof replacement and I can't say enough about how wonderful they are and how great they treated us. Our roof and siding looks amazing and the entire process went so smoothly. I highly recommend Terrell's in helping you with any sort of home improvement process. They are extremely knowledgeable and so personable. Terrell roofing contractors are by far the best around!

WOW! I have been a customer of Terrell on multiple occasions, and they have NEVER let me down. They took care of ALL repairs if my property within a timely and respectful manner!

With the sale of my home pending and inspection indicated a leak above the garage I reached out to David Terrell. He scheduled an appointment for an estimate and was on time and provided an estimate for the repairs needed. Once we approved the estimate the work was scheduled immediately. The crew a five man showed up when they were scheduled and quickly took care of the repair. The employees very nice and easy to talk to and seem to just want to do a good job I would highly recommend my roofing for any type of roofing job in the future

Terrell's responded promptly. My particular sun roof was not one that they regularly repaired so they had to find a partner. They did this quickly and the work was completed in a timely manner. The repair withstood the most recent rain storm with no more leaking. I am quite pleased and will use them whenever I have a roofing issue.

My project manger replied immediately to all my calls and concerns before, during and upon the completion of the roofing project. I highly recommend this roofing company.

Terrell's came to my house on short notice, gave me a fair price and didn't try to oversell me on something I didn't need. His team worked quickly and were total pros, start to finish. Couldn't be happier with my new roof. Highly recommended.

The roof on my 6 family 25x75 building in OKC was getting old. It's been 18 years since the last roofing job and it started leaking. It was a big roofing job and I was looking for the right contractor since last year. I made appointments with few top contractors. David explained the job in detail and the quality materials that are going to be used and a 15 year warranty. The job was done in time and I was very satisfied with the results.

Roof repair

I didn’t have much success with Terrell's. I needed my roof replaced due to hail damage. The manager came out to take pictures and he informed me that there were two layers that needed to be taken off and replaced. He told me that he would send the pictures to my insurance company, but he never did. The manager then had to leave town and I wasn't able to get anyone else to take over. I also wanted them to do work on my gutters, furnace and some follow up repair on the roof, but they never came back for the work. Afterwards, they tried to bill me for the roof. The insurance told them that they needed to see pictures first and I told them the same. The head guy came out to my home and was very rude and disrespectful.

Their estimate was about $12000. It included replacing all of the windows and siding on the house. The owner of the business was the one that came in and did the estimate. I felt that he was really very thorough. I had had an estimate from another company. His estimate was similar, but I liked his product better.

It went great!

We spent about $15000 or $16000 on that work. We were just very, very happy with them.

They have been around for awhile and do a good job.

Terrell Siding & Windows did all of the work on time, but it was very poor work. I have pieces falling off. I had a warranty on all of the work but they are not honoring that. They have not come out to fix anything!

We purchased the windows from Terrell and had them installed. They arrived on time and got right to work. The whole job took about four days to finish. They also replaced some siding at the same time.
