Ten Key Remodels

We just finished a complete Master Bathroom remodel with Ten Key and had a Wonderful Experience!! We started with Jessica designing an accessible bathroom to help us with our disabled daughter and elderly parents without it looking overly accessible. She completely hit the mark and we were thrilled!! John and Marissa started the process and we were so pleased with the care they took in preparing our home as well as helping us with our insurance claim. Marissa would also communicate with us on a daily basis so we were always prepared for each step and knew which contractors would be in our home throughout the entire process!! Each contractor was respectful and did a wonderful job. Our Master Bathroom looks AMAZING and it has truly been Life Changing for our family!! We appreciate the care and dedication they took to to guide us through this transformation and look forward to using them in the future to help us update other parts of our home!!

They did an excellent job remodeling our bathroom. It took a little longer than we expected to complete the job but the end result was fantastic

Everything went smoothly and the did great work on my kitchen. I wished they kept me updated on there calendar on builder trend a little better. It they updated me through phone calls and texts. Met my deadlines. There were some hiccups with the electricians working around the cabinets and now I have shorter spice rack.

Ten Key Remodels did excellent work on our house. We hired them to replace nearly 2000 square feet of flooring, remove a pony wall and repair multiple sections of drywall. When a hiccup occurred in the project, they handled it swiftly, professionally and completely. They were communicative and responsive. We really look forward to working with them again for future projects.

I hired 10 Key for two projects during the holiday season, and during COVID. They worked around my holiday schedule and wore masks in my home. My little bathroom was transformed. They did an excellent job. Wish I could attach a photo!

Great team of professionals

This company is the one to choose. Personal, honest, good communicators. They are full service - plumbers, electricians, carpentry, tile, they do it all, which eliminates the need to find other contractors in case a problem is discovered during a remodel. The owner keeps a close eye on everything being done. She runs it like a top shelf business. Very professional foundation, tile, and finishing work. Flooring team found serious foundation problems in our back bathroom and showed us immediately. We had them replace the shower as a result and it was done so much better than originally. They met our time request, (which was immediate), and stopped the job for 5 days when our relatives were coming for vacation from out of state. We are on their schedule for our main bathroom remodel and will use them from now on.

Great folks and timely response!

We remodeled a bathroom and kitchen. I could not ask for a better service and product! The entire crew, ably led and coordinated by Katie, was professional, respectful of my home, and above all, excellent at what they do! Each person responsible for tile work, painting, plumbing, making cabinets, and lighting was on time and adhered to the planned schedule. As a result the work was completed on time. All thanks to Katie. She was what my busy schedule and limited experience with remodeling needed: very knowledgeable, great at offering choices and options, creative in designing for the space and updates, responsive to calls and questions, timely, and great to get along with! Most importantly, she treated the entire project like it was her home and her crew respected her. I had dreaded remodeling our bathroom and kitchen at the same time and Katie made it so easy that we are entertaining other remodels in our home. We had a great experience using Ten Key for our addition. We expanded our dining room out into the backyard adding about 100 sq ft. It needed new concrete slab, walls and roofline removed, new walls/roof/floor/paint. They also added a new upper and lower cabinet in the kitchen with granite counter top. they converted our lower cabinets to be pull out shelves. Ten Key added shelves in our pantry for better storage and added vertical dividers for cookie sheets to help us better use our current kitchen. We also added about 150 sq ft of outdoor patio concrete. They were great and detailed from the initial meeting. We had met with other companies and they were all very vauge and didn't guide us. Ten Key was different, they talked though quite a bit on the initial meeting to really understand what we wanted. They also guided us to even better ideas while we were talking that we loved even more. The quote was in the ballpark of others but we just felt better communication with Ten Key. The project was on time and on schedule the whole time. All contractors were great work with. They cleaned up at the end of the project. In fact, they cleaned the windows so well, we literally had 3 birds commit suicide crashing into the glass. It was sad, but shows how good Ten Key was. We love our new addition and it looks on the inside and outside that it was original and not an addition. The brick matches, the wood floor matches our other wood floor in the house, the trim matches, etc. Overall, we are happy to recommend Ten Key to anyone wanting to build a house, do a renovation, or an addition.

They did fantastic, quality work. The did the project quickly and on-time. Katie also kept in contact before, during and after the project which was on budget also. All of the guys working for her were great to work and communicate with. Their work was outstanding. I will absolutely hire them the next time I need work done!!!

We bought a house and needed several repairs and updates. We had all the carpet replaced with tile, water pressure regulator installed, AC unit needed to be leveled, added an exterior venting exhaust over the stove, replaced a window, painted the baseboards and door frames and landscapers to move dirt into raised bed gardens. Katie and her team were very professional and all of the work was very high quality. Sooner than later we will be installing all new windows and painting the interior of the house and we will definitely be hiring her. She is very knowledgeable, honest, and has a lot of experience. I was very impressed and can t wait to work with Katie again in the future!

Ten Key is the Best!!! Katie was amazing and we felt she always had our best interests through our remodel. She was available to us 24/7. We only had one small issue during our remodel on the appliance install. Katie toke care of it and made good on it. We also had concerns with starting this project in mid March with Covid 19. Not only was the job completed very timely. She kept us on our budget. And most important the project came out great. We love our kitchen and bath remodel. We will be using Katie for future projects.

This was a complete kitchen remodel. We knew what we did not want -- the old kitchen! -- but we had no idea how even to begin to know what we did want. Ten Keys was awesome. They made us feel completely comfortable as they led us through every step of this project. They had many great ideas to choose from for the cabinet design, and helped us any time we asked for it in deciding about flooring, granite, backsplash, colors, and so on. Most importantly for me, if we had second thoughts or questions about any decision we made, without hesitation they said, We want you to LOVE it, so lets talk about it, and if need be brought new samples, gave us their insights, and made sure we truly loved the choices we made. Ten Keys also made sure we stayed within the budget we developed with them for the project, except for items we decided we wanted to add or change. The workmanship is wonderful, the workers who came were on time, friendly, and respectful of our privacy, the kitchen is beautiful, and we could not be happier with the result. We look forward to hiring them again soon to do another project for us.
